This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has a vast living and dining area including a 32-inch digital plasma TV, cable TV service, wireless broadband Internet (WIFI), and an I-pod docking station with speakers. The large L-shaped sofa converts to a double guest bed, and additional guest beds are provided for extra guests or those wanting to sleep alone. PlayStation PS3 console with selection of games, and 2 controllers. You are welcome to bring your own games for PS3 too.

Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. There’s the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests. Enjoy a morning coffee from our coffee press. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry.

The two bedrooms are facing a peaceful street, no noise guaranteed, complete silence.

The en-suite master bedroom with its own bathroom hosts a standard double bed fitted with comfortable mattress, down pillows, and bedding. Blackout curtains will ensure a peaceful nights rest.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has also it access to a modern bathroom.

Fresh towels and a selection of shampoo and soaps are provided.

Modern, clean apartment, well equipped

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Bob’s apartment. It was exactly as advertised. It’s modern and cozy with everything we needed. It is located in a lively area, very close to restaurants and cafeterias; it was also near a few grocery stores which we found very important. We all felt very comfortable in the apartment and very safe walking home at night. The only minor issue we had was with the wireless internet connection. We weren’t able to connect but the host promptly sent his team to replace the router in less than one day. Overall this was not an issue and we appreciated their swift support on fixing the matter. Also, the cleaning team is professional and very polite, we were provided extra towels when we asked. This was a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

Great staff, good apartment

We enjoyed our stay at Bob’s apartment! It was well decorated, exactly as pictured. His staff is very helpful! Also the location is good, on safe street. Easy to come from the airport, as transport stops are a walking distance away. Don’t miss Holland Park in the spring! Would recommend this!

Clean, safe, well equipped, conveniently located.

Three women on vacation; visiting London for the first time. The apartment was perfectly suited to us. Located near local markets where we found everything we needed for meals in the apartment. Also convenient to the Tube. We especially appreciated the convenience of WIFI and the washer/dryer. Good neighborhood.

Spacious Flat

This flat is very well furnished and has lots of living space. The washer/dryer was fabulous. We traveled into London by tube every day and reached the center (Westminster/Eye of London, etc in less than 30 minutes. We enjoyed the more quiet area of Holland Park and Shephard's Bush for restaurants and shopping which was all walking distance from the flat. Any questions we emailed ahead of time were promptly answered by Bob. It is a great flat to visit London without the high costs of central London.

Wonderful host!

We’re glad we stayed at Bob’s place! We picked the apartment because of the decorations. We wanted something modern, yet practical for our stay. The neighborhood is good. Besides the safe and clean area, one can easily find a fast way to get around London. Bob has a wonderful housekeeping team and because we are a family with kids, we needed extra towels which were provided in a matter of hours. Hand on the heart, we didn’t miss anything inside the flat.

Great choice

We’re a family with 2 teenagers and finding a place to stay in London where we wouldn’t bump into each other on our way to the kitchen was a challenge. I’m glad we chose this apartment. The area is nice and the amenities are as described by the guest. It was helpful to find a clean and cozy place and to have someone answering our questions in due time. And Bob’s team did exactly that. They had the patience to wait for us a couple of extra hours after our plane delayed. Of course, we had to pay for a late check-in, but that was totally fine. Overall, all my family enjoyed this experience.
