Light and bright three bedrooms, two bathrooms Townhouse with private pool

Modern Luxury Townhouse situated on a security estate alongside the beach of Hout Bay. With wonderful sea and mountains views. Sleeps up to 6.

The ground level has two bedrooms, each with two single beds (can be made as king beds). These bedrooms share a bathroom with massage showers, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rails.

There are marble floors throughout the Townhouse. Modern fully equipped open plan kitchen with quality crockery and kitchen ware.

The kitchen leads into the bright dining area and to one of the outside entertainment areas. This outside area with a sparkling solar heated splash pool (not fenced, neither netted), wooden sundeck and loungers, build in BBQ and dining table. Washing machine & dryer are in the separate laundry room.

On the first level you find the light & bright lounge area with adjacent balcony facing the dunes, beach and sea. Comfortable sofa's in the spacious upstairs lounge with flat screen TV, satellite channels DSTV and DVD player. ADSL uncapped internet and more extras like a wood burner (winter times), telescope and even a Grand Piano!

On this same first level is the upstairs main bedroom with a private balcony, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double wash basin, the bubble bath and heated towel rails.

You get direct access from the underground parking bay onto ground level of the Townhouse. Communal pool in the complex.

Beach Place is centrally located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Direct access to the beach of Hout Bay.

Fantastic Beach side Townhouse

We are a family of four (two boys ages 12 and 9), who had the most wonderful Christmas and New Year at this stunning beach side Townhouse. It is beautifully appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Anita and Gerrie were excellent hosts and were very accommodating on early checkout times. There is a all nearby to get whatever groceries you need. And some super restaurants. The beach and waterfront areas are clean and there is a great market on at the weekends. We will be back! Thank you.

Beach Place is superb. It is a huge property with three large double/twin bedrooms, very comfy beds, two excellent bathrooms, a large lounge, a large well equipped kitchen, lots of outdoor space, and beautiful views from front and back. It's just a sand dune away from the lovely beach. The property is really well equipped, and spotlessly cleaned by Linda. It's extremely secure, being on a gated estate, with a further remote-operated electronic garage door to get into the property, with the door to the house being right next to the two parking spaces. There is also a house alarm system that you can set, lockable inside shutters on all doors and windows, and a guard patrols the estate at night with a dog. Not that we felt unsafe at any time in either Beach Place or Hout Bay, but it's good to know how safe it is.

Anita and Gerrie were perfect hosts, meeting us at Beach Place and showing us the property, and were just a phone call away if we needed them. They left us with very detailed information about the property. Check out was just as smooth and quick as check in; it was a pleasure to deal and meet with them.

We found Hout Bay to be the perfect based for exploring the Peninsula. Being centrally located it was never too far from anywhere, just a 25 min drive to Cape Town or an hour to Cape Point, and several things such as Chapman's Peak Drive, Camps Bay, Kirstenbosch Gardens and the winelands are right on the doorstep. Hout Bay itself is lovely, with a large beach and plenty of shops and restaurants. The Harbour Bay Market at the weekends is not to be missed. We also took a guided tour of the Hout Bay township, Imizamo Yethu, which was an eye-opening and humbling experience that I highly recommend to anyone.

We didn't want to leave at the end of the week! We would highly recommend Beach Place and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Just as described and perfectly located. loved it.

I have been very impressed all round by this property. Very clean, with 3 large rooms. Well laid out kitchen/dining area. The pool area was perfect. Just a dune away from the beach and close to shops, restaurants, the famous Hout Bay Market and the Constantia Wine Lands. A short drive to the lovely beaches of Llandadno and Camps Bay. Cape Town was easy enough to drive to, but the satnav did help. My only gripe would be that it was difficult to contact the owner/agent to arrange a check out time with them for the day of our departure. However, I will definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Cape Town. As for myself and my family, we will hope to be staying here again on our next visit.
