This wonderful house is located just outside the picturesque village of Establiments. Its enclave makes it possible to enjoy the fantastic views of the Tramuntana mountains, at the end of almond and olive tree fields. The generous size of the plot enables you to move around in your own private space exercising playing ball games or just enjoying the big pool that belongs to the house.

About Sofia Dinkelspiel Ekman

My husband Tom and I are a 'modern' Swedish family with five children. We spend our time in Sweden and in Spain. I work in the refurbishing business and Tom works in finance. We have three boys and two girls, ranging from 18 to 12 years old. We have an active lifestyle with lots of skiing, tennis, travel and outdoor activities.

You will be able to connect in a proper way to Internet, have air condition in all rooms and will be able to cook as if you were at home. We also find it attractive the possibility to bring the kids having no problems at all supervising them from the very house, while they enjoy the pool or play in the garden.

Peaceful on the countryside

We had a beautiful week in this fantastic house right outside of Palma. The house is spacious and supermodern with all facilities (and a fantastic pool) but still with a rustic authentic charm. We loved our week and will come back soon

Modern, Comfortable Villa.

Can Soto is a new beautifully refurbished villa where the quality of the build and finish is to a very high specification. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the linen/towels etc were of high quality. Air con worked brilliantly. The kitchen lacked a little in serving bowls/platters/boards for 8/9 people, which i suggested to the owner, but plenty of everything else. The eating area outside needed a bit more permanent shade as umbrella's do blow over and get damaged and what is there isn't enough. We couldn't find the ecological kitchen garden but i think that's a work in progress as it was all so new. The only slight disappointment for us was a building site next door, so a couple of days we had to leave because of the noise but that will soon be finished. It's a high quality villa and a lovely space to be on holiday. Ideal for a large family of various ages being so close to Palma for nightlife and restaurants. Golf courses, beaches, the airport etc are all easily accessible yet you are in the countryside with lovely views.

In this beautiful enclave in the countryside just outside Palma you will be able to enjoy nature at the fullest. Bus nr 16 goes shuttle between Establiments and Palma city all day long. Having Can Soto as a base you can enjoy biking, horse back riding, trekking, golf, sea activities, etc. It is close enough to enjoy everything that Palma offers and at the same time staying in the countryside with lots of private space.
