A romantic and luxurious setting nestled in the heart of the Lake District

This beautiful renovated coach house, provides and idilic and romantic settling. Cosy sheepskin covered armchairs and wood burning fire are a central focus in this open plan living area, A fully equipped little kitchen with smeg oven and nespresso coffee machine, is tucked away at one end, with access to a beautifully finished shower room which is supplied with products from The Bath House. All towels and linen is supplied. The Mezzanine sleeping platform is comfortable and access is by ladder, or alternatively there is the use of the two day beds.

There are the most amazing views of Coniston lake and the 'Old Man', perfect for private el fresco dining, or a summer BBQ.

Peasecroft is a minimum 3 night stay with change over days Monday or Friday .

Peasecroft is set in the idilic location of Coniston, in the beautiful English Lake District. The 'Old Man' of Coniston can be seen from the gate where you can directly take the path for the walk. There are also gentle walks and cycle paths through stunning scenery. Coniston water is just 15minutes walk, were you can take a boat to Brentwood- home of John Ruskin and have tea at the Jumping Jenny. the view is breathtaking. The Bluebird cafe is situated on the waters edge. There is a great selection of michelin star restaurants with 15 minutes drive. There are also great villages including Hawkshead, Ambleside, Grasmere, Windermere, and Bowness, all well worth a visit

There are large amount of activities on offer from walking, water sports, cycling, off roading and horse riding, or for more gentle activities, visit one of the amazing stately homes in the area, such as Levens Hall or Sizergh Castle and farm shop

The full balance is due 12 weeks before arrival or the complete amount. A deposit of 30% is due on confirmation if the arrival date is no more than 12 weeks away.
A damage./housekeeping deposit of £250.00 will be required and can either be paid with the final balance or no later than 7 days before arrival. This deposit will be pain back within 7 working days of departure
