Lovely apartment in a beautiful alpine town.

Modern, comfortable, well equiped and very clean apartment. Handy location for the local supermarket and station. Nice little balcony where you can sit in the sun the whole morning. Very welcoming owner. Attention to helpful starter kitchen and bathroom kits. Cooling fan available in the bedroom located in the converted loft. Quiet street and neighbours.

Beautiful apartment close to the town and lake.

The apartment was clean, well maintained and a 10 minute walk to the old town and lake and only a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket.

Boats are available for hire which the children really enjoyed and the beach at the north end of the lake was beautiful with a dedicated swimming area with life guards.

The old town is magical and really has to be seen to be believed.

The apartment was also in an ideal location for visiting Mont Blanc and Geneva. A vingette can be purchased at the border (about €38) and you can also exchange currency here.

Charmant accueil de Malika.Superbe appartement, tout confort et très propre,très bien situé et calme. 10mn à pieds de tout ( lac , vieille ville et ses restaurants, supermarché, boutiques etc...) nous n avons pas utilisé la 🚗?

Bella casa sul lago di Annecy

L'appartamento, spazioso, ben fornito, molto pulito e ordinato, si trova al quarto piano di un palazzo in zona centrale di Annecy, fornito di balcone (si gode di una bella vista della città). E' dotato di posto macchina privato e si trova in una via molto tranquilla. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili.

La città è molto bella ed il lago offre molte possibilità per svariate attività sportive (sia acquatiche che di montagna). Una visita la merita sicuramente la città di Lione (a circa 100 km di distanza); varie altre località in zona sono facilmente raggiungibili (Ginevra, Chambery, etc).

The apartment, large, well equipped, very clean and tidy, is at the fourth floor of a building in the central area of Annecy; it is provided with a balcony (you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city). It is equipped with private parking space and is located in a very quiet street. The owners are very nice and helpful.

The city is very beautiful and the lake offers many possibilities for various sports activities (both aquatic and mountain). A visit is definitely worth the city of Lyon (about 100 km away); various other locations in the area are within easy reach (Geneva, Chambery, etc).

From Septembre to Mai bookings: 50% Refund will apply to all other bookings 3 weeks prior to arrival. (cancellation between D-21 to arrival day will not give right to any refund)
