Welcome to our spacious and cozy 80 square meter two bedroom flat near Gare du Nord, in the 10th district of Paris !

This charming apartment is situated on the fourth floor (with elevator) of a residential, classical Parisian building.

It is most suitable to a group of 4 to 6 guests and comprises : 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 separate kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower AND bathtub,1 separate WC

The sleeping arrangements are the following : Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed + 1 baby bed if needed, Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed + 1 fold-out single bed, Living/Dining room : 1 fold-out single bed.

(Please note that the extra single beds are more suitable for children’s up to 16 years old).

The apartment comes fully equipped and includes: Flat screen TV, Internet access (cable modem and wifi), Washing machine, Coffee maker/toaster/water boiler, Towels and bed linen…and much more!

This unit has many positives : Quiet and bright (located on the 4th floor within a quiet residence on a quiet one way street), Proximity to Gare du Nord for travelers arriving by Eurostar or Thalys trains, Renovated at the end of 2015, it is in mint condition ! Hip area around near Rue Chabrol/Rue des Martyrs.

Access is indeed very easy, Gare du Nord mainline station is less than 300 meters away, the closest metro is Poissonnière station on line 7. If you are coming by car we recommend Porte de Clignancourt or Porte de la Chapelle as the exit on the periphérique.

The calendar is up to date, last minute reservations are welcome!

This needs to be validated on a case by case basis a couple of days prior to you leaving/arriving.
