Stunningly Beautiful location, stylish family Villa

The whole property is in fantastic condition. Everything is clean and well looked after. All rooms are spacious, large and have beautiful views from the balconies. The back garden with the pool is stunning. We’ll maintained. We loved our time at the property would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Lovely Villa, Louise and Steve were great.

The villa was amazing and Louise and Steve could not have been more helpful or approachable. We had a problem with the TV and Steve was there to sort it out within 15 minutes great service. My only issue with the whole thing was nothing at all to do with the property or to do with Bom Successo my issue was with Homeaway and their belligerent attitude when asked to sort out my security deposit. I booked this on my credit card and during the time between booking and actually going, I cancelled said credit card, when I asked Homeaway to pay my deposit back to a different account I was met with a complete and unmovable brick wall. You would not even consider my request which I found both arrogant and unnecessary, you even asked me to have Bom Sucesso say that I had inflicted 300 euros worth of damage in the villa so that my deposit would be withheld. surely that can't be legal. I sorted the problem myself and needless to say I will NOT be using Homeaway again nor will I recommend the service to any of my friends or family as an American Company who supposedly pride yourselves on customer service you have let yourselves down extremely badly very very unsatisfied with your treatment of us. However I will praise Bom Sucesso to anyone who I know.

Comfortable property and ideal base in west Portugal

Our teenager family loved this villa. There is ample space for everyone to enjoy. The garden is well tendered and of sufficient size for some outdoor activities to be undertaken. The property is owned by an agency and not a private individual so the decor is somewhat sparse. The property is 15 minutes from the toll motorway (A8) and c. 1h from Lisbon. The villa is managed by Louise who was very helpful and responsive to our questions. All the appliances worked without issue and there are plenty of cooking and crockery items for a party of six. Two minor issues arose during our stay: the swimming pool filtration system is only switched on during the weekly clean and as result the water began to cloud during unusually high portuguese temperatures. Google research appears to indicate that the filtration system should be run a few hours each day; during the second week of our holiday an odour was noted in one of the bathrooms. Louise made every effort to resolve this issue but the maintenance department were not able to resolve the source of the odour before our departure. Notwithstanding these minor issues we have already recommended this villa to friends and family.

Very nice!!

We totally enjoyed our stay in the Villa Magnolia. Even better than pictures. Spacious, clean, new and easy to find. The property manager was really friendly and helpful. I recommend!
