Kippers Corner is a fabulous end-terrace fisherman's cottage that sits on the high street in the historic seaside village of Staithes in the North York Moors National Park and can sleep eight people. The property is set over three floors and there is a king-size double bedroom with a day bed and an en-suite shower room, a second floor double bedroom with a day bed and a second floor twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is parking at the top of the bank (five minutes’ walk) and a parking pass is provided for one car. There is also a communal yard for hanging washing out. Kippers Corner is a wonderful holiday base. Amenities: Solid fuel central heating from woodburner. Electric range cooker with double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat and BT Home Hub, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Parking pass for 1 car in car park at the top of the bank (5 mins walk). Communal yard for hanging washing out. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk, beach and harbour 5 mins walk.

Spacious,stylish, well located and restored cottage

Beautifully restored, home from home cottage with everything you could wish for generously provided.Perfectly located in the village, a minute's walk from the seafront and the two local pubs and tea room. The owners obviously take great pride in their cottage and you feel privileged being able to stay in what is obviously a much loved second home. Parking is included and available in the residents' area of the public car park at the top of the bank, but an easy cottage to park outside whilst unloading.
