Made for a family of 4, a couple with 2 children or 4 friends visiting Antibes, this property has all you are asking for if you want to live in the old town of Antibes.

At the heart of old Antibes, it is located in a quiet and discreet street perpendicular to Rue de la Republique, a shopping busy main street of old Antibes, just 5 minutes walk from the Provencal market or to the beach.

This 1 bedroom flat situated on the first floor of an old provincial mansion, dated from the 18th century, in a prime old town location offers a comfortable environment. You will enjoy your stay in this charming, bright and well-proportioned apartment which has been fully redecorated. It comprises an open plan kitchen which is fully equipped, a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink - separated to the bedroom) on the mezzanine, large enough to get prepared for a busy day on the beach or visiting one of the few towns around Antibes. It also has a very large sitting-room with 2 double sofa beds that have been purchased this year (2016).

The property has all you need to be able to cook at any time of the day and enjoy your cooking on the large table in front of the fully furnished kitchen.

This apartment is within reach of the many amenities, restaurants, cafes and shops (restaurants are 100 metres from the flat, cafes are plentiful on Rue de la Republique and beyond, and shops are just around the corner).

The property comes with full cleaning, bedsheets and towels.

Stylish apartment in great location

A lovely, stylish apartment set in a most convenient location just by the central shops, cafes and markets and a short stroll to beaches. Unusually for Antibes it is quiet and tranquil. The charming, helpful owner welcomed us. He has thought of all one might need. Antibes is undergoing a makeover to a mainly pedestrianised town and will soon be even more attractive. There is so much to see and experience and it is easy to see why the pink light inspired so many painters! We will certainly hope to stay in Ivan's apartment again.

Wonderful apartment and facilities.

The property had everything you could wish for. We were welcomed by the lovely owner Ivan, who was so helpful both before and throughout our stay.The apartment was absolutely immaculate and very well maintained and it felt like you were in your own home as it had everything. The location was also absolutely perfect for exploring the area, everything right on your doorstep but without the noise as the apartment is located in a very quaint side street. There was so much to do and see with our without a car. We loved the beaches, there were great restaurants, shops, fantastic location. We would highly recommend staying here, especially great for couples and are. We also visited Cannes and Nice which were also beautiful. We cannot fault the property in any way at all, it was one of the most enjoyable holidays we have had. Thank you Ivan for making our holiday so special and perfect. The property and location gets a 10 out of 10 from us. Will definitely return in the future. Maureen & Christopher.

We stopped at the apartment May 30 and spent a great 2 weeks!

Beautiful, comfortable apartment located on the second floor of a two-storey house in the heart of the old part of Antibes. The apartments have all the necessary, and even a first aid kit. All furniture is new and tasteful. The apartment is always quiet and light. Windows overlook the picturesque courtyard of the neighboring house. Apartment is located five minutes from the nearest beach. Railway station is also within 10 minutes. Antibes stop almost all passing trains so you can easy travel around the Cote d'Azur. It is also just a two minutes walk there are 2 supermarkets and to bakery, cafe and restaurants you need just to come up with the streets.

Gute Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage

Das Studio habe ich im Februar bewohnt, in dieser Zeit war es sehr ruhig im Hause und in Antibes. Die Fenster der Wohnung gehen in einen Innenhof mit Palme. Die Küche lässt kaum etwas vermissen, alle Geräte sind in gutem Zustand, das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, die Matratze ist gut. Wenngleich Ivan nicht vor Ort sein konnte, war er doch sehr gut erreichbar und in allen Belangen zuvorkommend.

Personen über 1,70 m Körpergröße sollten sich das Anmieten der Wohnung überlegen, weil dann doch einigen Dachbalken und Schrägen auszuweichen ist. Wer empfindlich auf Kühlschrankgeräusche reagiert, sollte ebenfalls vor dem Anmieten nochmals nachdenken.

Tolles Apartment mit viel Charme

Das Apartment ist mitten im schönen Zentrum von Antibes gelegen.

Wenn Sie am Abend die Sonne in einem netten Café genießen möchten, ist diese Wohnung ideal gelegen! Die Wohnung ist toll für zwei Personen und wunderschön und individuell eingerichtet.
