Lge Lux 4 bed Air Con Villa (Sleeps 8) in Vale do Lobo (Quinta Jacintina) and v/ nr the famous Quinta do Lago shopping/resort , within the prestigious golden triangle. It is v/nr to several famous golf courses/many sports & leisure amenities. The beach is 15 min walking distance, with several restaurants & supermarkets in the vicinity. The Villa has WIFI and English, Portuguese, Fench, German, Italia, Russian TV Chamnnels

It boasts 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite), lge lounge/dining area, fully fitted & equipped kitchen & laundry room. It has a large furnished terrace on 1st floor that overlooks beautifully lawned lit gardens (500 sq m) w/ purpose built BBQ, stone table/seating. Lit swimming pool (9.5m X 4.5m) is in south facing. The pool can now be heated at reasonable cost.The whole property is fenced and hedged for added privacy. Gardens and pool areas are ideal for evening dining & swimming. Lux loungers are at your disposal. House has alarm. Horse riding, tennis club nearby. Vilamoura Marina w/ its restaurants, nightlife/casino is 6 km away.Almancil is 2 km drive awa

Valuable Information: The Pool can now be heated at extra reasonable cost. Pls enq.

No pets allowed. Housekeeping is provided Mon to Fri. Linen changed once and towels twice a week. The beach is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a short distance. The water is clear water. There are good swimming conditions in lukewarm water in the summer.

Villa is south facing towards the ocean. There is a straight road to the sea/beach and it is estimated a 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car (1.2 km) to the nearest beach (Garrao) which also have restaurants etc. Other nearby beaches are Ancao and Vale do Lobo. Vilamoura is 6 km away and boasts another beach as well as a Marina with all its restaurants, casino, night clubs etc. You are surrounded by several famous golf courses. The famous Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo Golf Courses are about 5 minutes away. Vilamoura Courses are 6 km away. You are spoiled for choice.

The airport is about 9 km away. Taxis are available but you will need a car. Almancil is 2km away.

Further valuable Information: Quinta shopping is 1 km away. Almancil is 2.5 km away. Faro's 'Forum Algarve' shopping mall is 8 km away. There are several restaurants nearby and within 500 meters and 2 km. You are spoiled for choice.

POOL CAN NOW BE HEATED AT ANYTIME OF THE YEAR at a reasonable extra cost. Plz enquire.

Superb location close to bars, restaurants and the beach. Also good access to golf courses and tennis courts.

Homely villa, furnished to an extremely high standard. Very comfortable and well maintained.

Excellent value for money and so relaxing that we are hoping to book again for next year.

Fantastic holiday, very clean and spacious villa.

Fantastic holiday in a very clean, well maintained and spacious villa. The owner was very helpful, smooth booking and informative. The place was as described and had all the amenities that we needed, dishwasher, etc. Even lots of buckets, spades and inflatables for the kids. The area was very safe which was important to us, with the great beaches, golf course for my husband and shopping nearby. Lovely gardens and a brick B-B-Q made a for a few lively afternoons. The heated swimming pool and outside shower was a plus. The owners attention to the little details was a really difference, such as DVD library, games and an excellent guide to the areas best restaurants, places to go and see! A quality place to stay makes all the difference and we had a wonderful time. High standards and we certainly look forward to bringing our family back.

I used to visit this area regularly decades ago from a very young age and it has never changed. It is not over crowded and the property has high hedges with the pool at the back, assuring privacy. For a 4 bed property the divisions are perfect with 4 bathrooms! Both the lounge and the kitchen face the pool and with the sun, it is always a pleasure to open all doors and enjoy the heat and view, with the palm trees in the garden.
