Area next to the pool makes a wonderful additional dining and relaxing area with BBQ, seating and swimming pool and small garden with lemon trees and other beautiful plants around the villa. Great location but!

Good location and deep pool only good things about this villa. No toasters no hair dryers, windows in downstairs veranda not able to close, plugs in sinks not working, broken sun parasol down by pool, cooked food left in oven by previous renters. These details notified to agent who was aware or all this but owners would not give permission to replace. Personally emailed owners but they did not reply. Definately not up to standard would expect for money paid. The whole place needs renovating. I would not recommend this villa to anyone

Benissa has had to adapt itself towards the tourist demand, it has not lost any of its’ personality. Situated between the green of the mountains and the blue of the sea, the town has preserved its marked medieval flavour. This, combined with the beauty of its’ beaches, coves and countryside create a beautiful scene, further enhanced by cliffs and jagged rocks.

The villa is situated 5 min walk from La Fustera beach in the Benissa Costa area. Fine sand beach. Surrounded by pine wood with pathways and stunning views. The area of palm trees, very good beach restaurant, playground, toilets, lifeguards are around.

Local Turist office is also around 5 min stroll. The closest grocery shop is in 3 min stroll. Just a few minutes walk to lovely german bakery for fresh croissants, cakes and bread in the morning.

Moreira and Calpe cities are in 10min drive. The selection of finest restaurants, shopping centers, sport centers, traditional markets, attractions, beaches complete the calm and home-away stay in Benissa.

The perfect mix for holiday-makers who want to have a choice and explore the larger area if needed and for those who want to enjoy sea, sun, calmness of pine tree area and not to go far away to have all necessaries. Ideal location for families with children.
