On the second floor and front of Belmont Court, this lovely two bedroom apartment looks out to the beach and the sea from the main living room and sunny balcony. The location makes this apartment very convenient for the beach and village as it is only 100 meters from the main Esplanade at Woolacombe.

Well appointed for family use the kitchen and main living/dining room are popularly open plan. The kitchen area houses washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker and hob. There is a round dining table with 4 chairs.

In the living area there are 2 leather sofas, flat screen digital TV and DVD and ipod dock. The end wall has a large window, almost floor to ceiling glass with an opening tilt and turn window/patio door to the little balcony area above the downstairs apartments’ bay window. It is large enough for a café table and 2 chairs to enjoy the view over the beach and sea.

From the entrance hall are the two bedrooms and family bathroom. The master double is en-suite and a good sized second bedroom has a double and a single bed, a toy box and chest of drawers, hence this great apartment can sleep up to five comfortably.

Outside there is a board store, a cold outdoor communal shower and parking space for the apartment strictly for 1 car.

Great location with everything you need

Excellent holiday home in a fantastic location. We loved the balcony which gets the sun until late evening. Great spot for quick access to the beach, shops and Red Barn. Very comfy beds in a well maintained, modern property. Hope to stay there again!

Fantastic apartment,very comfortable. Lovely views of the beach,sea and hills. Woolacombe is beautiful and lots to do and see. Really enjoyed my week there!!

If there’s one thing that will attract you to the region it’s the beaches in North Devon! The scenery that surrounds the area, our superb beaches and then the surfing North Devon beaches have for visitors to get stuck into could rival those across the globe! You will find that many of the best Devon beaches are located near some great towns and villages to visit, including the picturesque fishing village of Clovelly and the ever-popular locations of Woolacombe and Croyde.

You can find North Devon divided into two by the estuaries of the River Taw and River Torridge. The North Devon coast provides something for everyone and north of the River Taw and Torridge are the big surfing beaches such as Saunton Sands, Putsborough, Woolacombe and the world renowned Croyde beach. From Woolacombe there is good walking around Morte Point and Bull Point for those who want to enjoy the coastline and local wildlife.

If you take a trip to the banks of the River Torridge you’ll discover the pleasant village of Instow with its sandy beach, which looks across to Appledore, a town well worth a visit in its own right. Both of these villages offer fantastic local restaurants and excellent opportunities to relax while on holiday whether it be with a glass of wine in a beer garden over-looking the sand and sea-scape or lounging on the beach soaking up the sun.

Below the estuary is the popular surfing beach at Westward Ho! with plenty of space in the water for those who are just starting out. Further west is Clovelly and the headland at Hartland Point.

At the far east of the North Devon coast you will come to the historic twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth, which are well worth a visit for the beach, the surfing, scenery and local shops. Something for everyone!
