Newly refurbished! The main living space incorporates the kitchen at the far end and has a great sized living room with a huge bay window overlooking the sea. The new flooring laid in 2016 is in a grey oak with a beach flavour and the new carpets upstairs are in a warm earthy grey. With parking, outdoor area to enjoy the view and just a walk across the road to the steps to the beach; this property will be very popular with families this year. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with full en-suite bath facility with ceramic wood effect tiled floor and a pretty balcony with stunning views. The twin bedroom also boasts it's own en-suite shower room with wood effect ceramic tiles. The twin room has clothes hanging space in the landing cupboard. There are full length curtains in the master bedroom and blinds in the twin. In the living room the 'L' shaped sofas can seat 6 people comfortably. There is an internet TV, BOSE soundbar and WiFi. In the kitchen area is a cupboard with books, games, tourist info leaflets and instruction manual for appliances.

At the far end of the room the new IKEA kitchen fitted in 2016 has 50/50 fridge/freezer,full size dishwasher,washing machine, microwave/grill,oven and hob. The doors have been specially finished by a Danish company in a striking nautical flavoured blue. This beautiful holiday home has bed linen from the Secret Linen Co. & towels included in the price and has all modern conveniences. Please note there are steps up to the property. Early booking advised.

We stayed for a week at this property, it is a lovely home with great views and sunsets! We like to be able to cross the road & get straight onto the beach or make our ways around the corner for fabulous curries on Barricane - perfect holiday!

Newly refurbished, amazing views

Wonderfully refurbished property, with amazing views across Coombesgate to Morte Point. You can witness the most breathtaking sunsets from here. Great location to get out and about and away from the hustle and bustle of Woolacombe centre but only a few minutes walk along the esplanade. Would have been useful to have some clothes storage in the second bedroom and a shower over the bath in the main bedroom but these are minor things. Great walks around Morte Point to Rockham Bay, felt tropical when we got there with clear blue sea. Walk along Woolacombe downs to Pittsburgh and back along the beach. Valley of the Rocks is a must and also Hunters Inn - the ice cream there is divine.

Its beach has been voted one of Britain's best and lies between Morte Point and Baggy Point. This three-mile long stretch of golden sand has won both the blue flag and Premier Seaside Beach awards for it's cleanliness, water quality and facilities.
