Perfect. Just perfect.

We stayed for 10 days in apartment 307 at Goldenview. As a base for our first visit to Barbados it was excellent. The apartment is good sized and has everything you need for your holiday. We particularly loved the gorgeous balcony, big fridge freezer, the extremely powerful shower and the size of the bed (two 3' singles pushed together) Everything was spotless and the maid came after 7 days to clean and change the beds. Doris had provided us with plenty of advice and guidance for our first visit and we enjoyed the air conditioning (tokens from reception), used the laundry facilities and made use of the written information about the best places to go. Goldenview has a beautiful garden and its own swimming pool which has a walk-in end and never had more than a handful of people in at its busiest. Put in your order at the Chinese restaurant and takeaway on site before you get hungry as the Bajan timeframe is very much in evidence. We hired a car for the week which was an air-conditioned godsend although there are plenty of buses and shuttles to take you all over the island. Don't miss a day at The Boatyard which offers food, drink, music, boat rides, water toys, sunbeds, umbrellas and changing facilities on a wonderful stretch of beach just outside Bridgetown.

Apartment 307

Stayed in Apartment 307 in February 2016. Fully equipped with balcony overlooking the swimming pool and beautiful gardens. A short walk to local super market and beach, super location. Reception 24 hours, security and very quiet. Had a lovely holiday in 307.

Bliss !

This apartment is fully equipped and full of useful information to get the holiday underway without delay. Excellent block, superb pool and less than half a mile to the best shops, restaurants and beaches in Holetown and around. Is there anything better in life than treading water in a cool pool at 7am watching the monkeys strolling round the perimeter of the beautiful grounds ? I doubt it. As close to perfection as is possible. We've been twice and would be there now - if only !

Just love it!

This was our third visit to Barbados and we've stayed at Golden View every time. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable - sitting on the balcony you can see the Carribean over the treetops. This is a perfect location for a relaxing holiday but Barbados offers so many things to do, from the fabulous beaches to the beautiful gardens and don't forget the rum!

We hire a car but there are bus services running all over the island so a car is not essential. Close to this apartment are restaurants and eateries at a price to suit everyone, then there's the wonderful pool, the extensive beautifully kept grounds on the site.

Doris and Peter are wonderful hosts.

Highly recommend a visit to the beautiful island of Barbados and this is the place to stay.

Splendid apartment

As soon as one goes to the reception area, one immediately feels on holiday. Warm welcome, friendly staff and apartment owners alike - all make you feel at home and you just want to get in the stunning pool and enjoy. Apartment 307 is cosy, comfortable, all amenities available and really you couldn't wish for anything further. Blissful settees on the balcony while you watch the boats coming into harbour, the beautiful gardens, and of course the pool which is very inviting. Very suitable for any single people because everyone is made so welcome.
