Brand new deveoplment at Avalon (Los Arqueros south). High spec & well furnished. Big communal pool (made for swimming) and a small childrens pool. On the roof terrace are Rattan furniture (sofas, 2 loungers, drinks table) and a Dining Table. Bedroom 1 is en suite, large double bed, patio door to balcony with table and chairs outside. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. WiFi incl. TV is 55 inch, surround sound, DVD player, Internet TV with more than 2500 channels from many countries. Best place we have stayed in on the Costa del sol

Lovely hi spec modern penthouse apartment with nice views overlooking mountains and golf course and the sea. The apartment was well equipped and had a nice roof terrace with loungers and chairs for lazy days in the sun. The complex was very quiet and the swimming pool area was great for relaxing around. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again and I am looking to do just that for a stay later on in the year.

Beautiful modern apartment

Loved the apartment,and the area of Benahavis. Apartment complex really lovely, however I don't think it would be suitable for people with young children...there seems to be a few residents on the complex with lots of rules and regulations which does not make for a relaxing break. However this didn't spoil our trip, it is just a shame some people are so small minded.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your review Angela , the development is new and largely owned by people that don't need to rent out their properties (unlike me sigh) so they have high expectations, too high.. yes I agree. But such neighbours ensure the place stays quiet and beautiful. I suppose they are fussy like new car owners. But great you enjoyed the place. I will try and inform the other residents to let children be children!

Very peaceful location as golf course in front of apartment, golf course behind the apartment. It is just off the ronda road to the "must see" village of Ronda. Local clubhouse has gym and tennis and restaurant. Mercadona supermarket is a 5 min drive south on the Benahavis Road. Benahavis is a 5 minute drive and home to some of the best restaurants in the world and yet they are not expensive.
