Central but quiet

Have had an excellent week in this comfortable house which is situated in the heart of the town. Surprisingly quiet but term had ended so no students! Some issues with cooker and shower but quick owner response.

Exceptional location in St. Andrews!

Our family of five stayed for a week during our daughter's University of St. Andrews graduation. The location couldn't be more central, just steps away from Market Street, but tucked away in a cul de sac where it was quiet and away from view. The house was plenty ample with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We had friends over one evening (about 15 people) and the common areas more than accommodated the gathering. The owner, Martyn, was very responsive and helpful. I really have nothing bad to say about this listing. Loved it and would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to anyone. One of the best vrbo places I've stayed in!

A memorable stay in St. Andrews

We just returned from a 2 week stay in St. Andrews. Where we had incredible weather, a substantial amount of golf, and plenty of good times with great friends and family. The enjoyment of this trip was highlighted by our accommodations. This house has everything that anyone could possibly need. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a spacious living room. Better yet, this house is located directly off of Market Street in the heart of the town. One of the unique attributes to this house is its own dedicated parking spot. Having stayed at other location in St. Andrews without parking, this was a huge treat.

Our host Martyn made certain that everything was in order and made himself available to help with anything. We couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. I would highly recommend this property.
