A lovely house where we spent a happy and relaxing Christmas

We found the house warm and comfortable with ample hot water. Good access and parking. Only issue is a serious trip hazard in the archway leading to the cul de sac. A metal post used to control access, lying on the ground but very difficult to see in the dark.

Charming Cottage in the heart of St Andrews

We have stayed several times in St Andrews at various B&B's and other self catered units but we were happy to find this little gem. The cottage has all the comforts of home and is located within walking distance to everything but tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of St Andrews. Martyn answered all my emails in a timely manner and was quite helpful. Hopefully, my travels will bring me back to St Andrews so I can stay here again. Thank you Martyn and the Wilson family for a most enjoyable stay.

Fantastic location

Loved staying here

We stayed here while visiting our daughter studying abroad at St. Andrews University. The house was 5 minutes from her dorm and with the 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths, she was able to stay with us for some of the time. The house is in the middle of restaurants and stores in St. Andrews, yet tucked into a courtyard, it was a quiet respite.

We eat every breakfast in and made quite a few dinners here, including having some college students over one night. The kitchen had the essentials, the living room and dining room were comfortable and a good size for the house.

We would definitely recommend this property.
