The house is perfect for golfers and families, or groups of friends, looking for a central location to sample the many benefits of the town and wider 'East Neuk of Fife'.

Secluded yet conveniently located in the center of St Andrews

This property is conveniently located in a courtyard set back from the center of Market Street within walking distance to St Andrews Old Course, many local activities, restaurants, and historical sites. It includes parking too!!!. It was very clean and well maintained and there was plenty of room for a party of 4 to relax comfortably.

The owner, Martyn, was very responsive to our queries and made certain that the arrival & departure went smoothly and our stay met or exceeded expectations. It definitely did.

Overall a very positive experience and we would highly recommend this property. In fact, if we return to St Andrews, we would hope to rent it again.

Central but quiet

Have had an excellent week in this comfortable house which is situated in the heart of the town. Surprisingly quiet but term had ended so no students! Some issues with cooker and shower but quick owner response.
