Our self-catered 6/7 berth apartment is located 100 metres from the ski lift and only 50 metres from the supermarket. It has satellite TV. Fully equipped kitchenette with a full supply of cooking & eating utensils, full size oven with hob, fridge, microwave, electric toaster, electric kettle, dinning area, bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine, separate toilet and private terrace with garden furniture and views onto the glaciers opposite.The terrace has the sun from 10am until about 3pm in winter. A large comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge, a small bedroom with a double bed, a set of adult size bunk beds in the entrance hallway with an additional pull out bed underneath and a door/corridor to close it off from the lounge.There is an allocated external parking space (free) and a secure ski locker. Travel insurance: We have negotiated great deals with Towergate Wilsons via a link on our web site (ski4lessuk.com). Discounted car hire available with Holiday Autos from Geneva airport. Visit our web site home page and click onto the Hire Car link. Enter Switzerland as your country and you will be automatically forwarded to their site. Please ask us for link to our website. We can also send a taxi to meet you at Geneva airport if you are flying and provide discounted airport parking and hotels in UK. We have negotiated ski hire discounts of up to 40% in the resort and can provide ski passes on arrival so you don't have to join the queues. We can also pre book your ski lessons with ESF and meals in our bar/brasserie close to the ski lifts which also has free wifi, nintendo Wii and Canal+ TV

Discounted ski passes/equipment hire/transfers: Approx 30% discount offered on all equipment hire in resort and 5 to10% off pre booked ski passes even if you do not book our apartments. We can also pre-book your ski lessons so that you will not have to join the queues when you get there and you will have a guaranteed space. Our staff collect tickets in advance and give them to you with your apartment keys. We also operate a transfer service from Geneva airport if required. Excellent. Perfect location and good facilities.

The apartment was clean & tidy and perfectly fitted the description. It is ideally located for the Ski Lift and has a great sun-trap patio. There is UK TV & WiFi and all of the appliances worked.

Superb Apartment, Excellent Location, Well Equiped

The apartment was great, had everything we needed and was very well laid out. The local rep, based about a minutes walk from the apartment looked after us well.

The apartments location, close to the bakery and general store made it ideal for picking up fresh produce for breakfast and other meal times.

We found Les Contamines a good base in the summer for touring the surrounding area or just taking it easy down by the swimming lake.

We will certainly be recommending this apartment to our family and friends.

Brulaz contamines montjoie

Belle petite appart, pour moi et ma famille de 3 enfants et mon mari. On y est rester une semaine et on a pas etait decu.

Chambre sympas, deco sympas, salle de bains et cuisine bien equipee, dans une belle location - tres pres des remontees mechaniques, du lac, du parc de loisir et une petite superrette tres proche.

Brulaz 6

Fantastic location in a wonderful resort! Accurately described although it would more suit a family or party of 4 or 5 (a maximum occupancy of 7 would be a bit tight!). Location is great for the gondola to get up the mountain and very near to the shops for essentials.

The property was handed over in good order and was clean. Having access to satellite tv was a definite bonus and enabled us to replay video taken on the mountain, review skiing technique and play dvd's to relax.

The customer service was excellent and conveniently located close by. The few issues we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and will probably re-visit next year with my family.

station très bien logement gros bof!

Situation de l'appartement, pour skieur très bien. Départ pistes et petit centre commercial.

Le moins l'appartement lui même, trop petit ne pas être plus de 5 maxi, et encore!!. En fait il n'y a qu' une chambre très petite,t une entrée placard sans fenêtre avec 1 lit à étage gigone donc une fois ouvert impossible de bouger.Le couchage dans le salon est confortable mais pareil une fois ouvert le canapé impossible de bouger, et d'ouvrir la porte fenêtre qui permet de sortir de l'appart.

Coin repas inexistant, obliger de tout bouger les meubles pour ouvrir la table.

Cuisine très mal équipée, manque assiettes, couverts verres etc.

Par contre grande salle de bain veillote.La chasse d'eau cassée.

Terrasse agréable, mais attention à la neige qui tombe du toit un peu dengereux.

Résultat assez décevant et cher pour un appart viellot, alors qu'il ya beaucoup de choix sur la station, avec des appart plus récents et bien situés.

Owner's Response: The apartment is as described on the site and was fully occupied every week of the ski season. All other guests were happy and 3 families have already booked for next year. It is a very popular apartment in summer and winter. Although it has a maximum capacity of 7 it is much more comfortable with 4 or 5.

Located in the stunning Mont Blanc Massiff of the French Alps, this charming, unspoilt village has retained all of its 'French' character. With lovely views of Mont Blanc & the surrounding mountains. There is plenty to offer for the most adventurous holiday maker to a peaceful & relaxing haven for those who simply want to take break away for it all. Les Contamines is just right for families with children of all ages, with swimming & boating lakes, horse riding, mountain walking, the Mont Blanc tramway, not to mention the famous 'Tour du Mont Blanc', there are plenty of restaurants, shops & bars offering the local cuisine, visit Chamonix for paragliding, tobogan run, cable car to the Agille du Midi. For the more adventurous rock climbing, high glacier mountaineering, mountain biking, white water rafting a short drive away, just to name a few. In winter there is 120km of uncrowded piste, plenty for all levels of skier, an excellent snow record to April, an excellent ski school & creche.

Ski: The Les Contamines ski area offers snow-sure pistes from mid December to the end of April and has a ski school with English-speaking instructors. Most of the skiing is above 1800m. The ski area has 120km of uncrowded pistes with 31 ski lifts, 44 pistes, including 3 nursery slopes in the village. Les Contamines has very good off-piste for the more adventurous skier. It also has 29km of cross-country skiing and there are 8 mountain restaurants. The Chamonix ski domain is 30 minutes away including Les Grands Montets at Argentiere. 25% deposit at time of reservation or full payment if less than 8 weeks until arrival day. We accept payment in pounds or euros and by bank transfer or over the phone with a card.

  • The entrance hall/cabin bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a pull out bed. Once the pull out bed is used the front door cannot be used but the terrace door can. The second bedroom has a double bed. The double sofa bed in the living area easily folds away during the day. Pillows & quilts are provided but you must bring your own bed linen and towels or you can rent them from the tourist office.
