Beautiful Mountain views, Next to all amentities, Newly refurbished Apartment

Newly furnished ground floor apartment, spacious lounge/dining room which has electric blinds, 2 large sofas, 1 being a double sofa bed, Large plasma wall mounted TV's in lounge and in all 3 bedrooms, all with UK Channels, large outside dining area which has spectacular views of the Montgo and includes a large table with 8 chairs plus a two seater sofa and 2 chairs with coffee table. Kitchen has a seperate (outside) utility room complete with washing machine, portable clothes drier, outside sink and hot water cylinder. This is an immaculate property with everything purchased recently. Hot and cold A/C in all rooms. Underground secure parking. Sun beds are provided for all guests.

If you are a large party you maybe interested in another property we rent in the complex next to this one, we could accommodate a total of 16 persons, please ask for further details if you require.

The apartment rates are based on a total of 6 persons however it can sleep a maximum of 8 and if you wish to use the sofa bed an additional charge of £75 will be applied per week

Magnifica estancia

Hemos estado 6 amigos. La estancia ha sido perfecta, la casa está nueva con todas necesidades cubiertas. La terraza que da directamente a la piscina es una gozada. La playa y restaurantes están a 5 min andando.

The apartment is lovely, in a great location and well laid out. The views of the Montgo are spectacular, sunsets especially.

We had a great short break in Javea.

Amazing stay

Fabulously clean apartment with a gorgeous view in a great location. Javea is a gorgeous friendly place. We arrived late in the evening, but after collecting the keys, we didn't have the apartment number when we arrived but the residents in the complex were very friendly and helpful so we eventually found it. Apartment owners were very helpful and friendly leading up to our stay. I would happily recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful apartment, great location!

We have stayed in Javea for many years now and this apartment is probably the best place we have stayed! Apartment was very modern and well equipped with everything you may need and was spotless on arrival. Beds were comfy and all TVs worked in every room with all english channels which was good. Owners were quick with replies and very helpful if we had any queries. It was great being on the ground floor with the pool straight infront. Safe and secure grounds so great if you have kids. The patio area was lovely to have lunch outside and a nice seating area to chill. Pool was kept clean. Perfect location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and arenal area. Also fairly close to the port area and only a short drive or taxi ride to the old town. Overall a lovely place, will definitely recommend to others and also will be returning again next year ourselves!
