This condo is in an extremely central location and is well looked after and secure. Located on the 5th floor the suite is laid out in a bachelor style with separated sleeping area and all the amenities you would want in a high end hotel style stay. As a guest you will have access to all of the common areas in the building including Gym, Common room / Games room and Parking if you desire. Parking can be had at an additional $10 per night. The neighborhood is fantastic and is convenient to everything. There are some amazing coffee spots and restaurants close by all within walking distance. You also have parks and the ocean just a short stroll away.

Perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is close to everything, from restaurants, shopping, attractions and the bus. It was also very well stocked to meet your basic needs. Clean, quiet and safe.

Nice Property in a Great Location

My wife and I stayed here for a week in August. It is perfect for two people. Basically a studio suite with a queen bed in it's own little area. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped while the living area has a couch and a beautiful flat screen TV. The couch could be changed out and the deck cleaned up a tad but it's no big deal. The small deck off the 5th floor is fine for morning coffee but can be quite noisy as the side street below is used for "temporary city bus layovers" The location is outstanding being only a few minute walk to the water in front of the Empress Hotel, close to tons of pubs and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to Beacon Hill Park. The owners were prompt in getting back to us with no hassles during anytime of our stay. Overall, this Alberta couple would certainly stay here again!

Great Location

We were in Victoria for a Dragon Boat festival and found this condo great for our needs. Really close to many fine restaurant and only a few blocks from the inner harbor. Nice balcony but the table and chairs really didn't fit so it was hard to use. Also needs to be refinished. We like to drink wine in the evenings but this condo was not set up at all for wine drinkers. There were only 2 cordial glasses and water glasses to use. The wine opener was bent and made it really hard to remove corks. Also no decent glasses for drinking beer. We didn't eat at the condo but there did appear to be some items for cooking. The bed area was nice but we felt like we were in a cave. The lighting next to the beds was really dim and there is no overhead light so reading in bed is challenging. Also, really uncomfortably warm in the unit even with open windows and running the fans day and night with nice cool evenings. A overhead fan with a light in the bed area would really be a help. Toilet was hard to flush. You had to hold down or it would not work correctly. Overall a really nice stay.

Great location

Lucky enough to book a place so close to downtown. Fully stocked unit except for a hair dryer else we had every thing. Walked much of DT including catching the fireworks on Canada Day. Secure parking. Clean building and unit.
