This is a contemporary and stylish property, centrally located in the popular seaside village of Saundersfoot,overlooking the beach and harbour, shops, pubs and.

The apartment is made up of:

Ground floor - An open plan Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: complete with electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker. Dining table and chairs for 8. Two comfortable sofas and an arm chair. TV/DVD with Freeview. Cloakroom. Balcony with table and chairs for four.

Basement - A large second living space with a small "kitchenette"(sink, fridge tea/coffee making facilities), L-shaped sofa, two large reclining arm chairs and a small table with four chairs, TV/DVD with freesat. There is the fifth bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. It opens on to the small outdoor paved area, great for sitting out in the late afternoon and a safe space for your children to play, with a table and chairs for eight. Access to the parking spaces is through this area.

First floor – Family bathroom with bath, hand basin and toilet, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with the option for either two single beds or one king- size bed,” jack and jill “ shower room between these bed rooms has a large shower enclosure, basin and toilet. Small bedroom with small double bed (this room has a tv/dvd with freeview.

Second floor- Double bed, large en-suite shower room, with shower, basin and toilet, tv/dvd with freeview.

Wi Fi access throughout the apartment.

Bed linen and Bath towels provided. Travel cot and highchair provided.

Beach/harbour/shops/restaurants are all within a couple of minutes walk.

Saundersfoot is only a few miles drive to the main Pembrokeshire attractions, such as Heatherton, Folly Farm, Oakwood and Tenby.

Pembrokeshire is just such a beautiful part of the country, the beaches, the hills the walking, the countryside and small towns (such as Narberth) full of arty shops. Our house is modern and stylish yet traditional just minutes walk from the beach and the coastal path.. Saundersfoot is also only a short drive from the Pembrokeshire attractions like Folly Farm and Oakwood, so plenty for the children to do, even if its not quite beach weather.

Absolutely wonderful way to visit South Wales!

This home was so perfectly located and equipped to give us the most amazing stay in South Wales. We loved the quaint seaside town of Saundersfoot and actually preferred it as a home base to the overly touristy and crowded town of Tenby which we had originally wanted to stay in. Saundersfoot is a beautiful and amazing beach town with trails and wonderful streets to explore and the nicest people we could have imagined. This home had all the amenities of home that we could have hoped for and treated our family of 6, plus the in-laws, with an amazingly comfortable home away from home. It was a short 30 minute drive to St. Govan's Chapel, which is a one-of-a-kind destination like we'll never see again! It was only a 12 minute drive to Tenby, which is also an amazing town to visit and a quintessential European seaside town which every visitor to Wales must spend time in. We absolutely loved popping down there and grabbing a pint at a quaint little pub while we watched all the people go by. What an amazing town, but then retiring to our wonderful home in Saundersfoot just a few minutes away each night was exactly what we would have hoped for for our vacation. Couldn't recommend this home, the property owners, or the town any higher! We had very helpful and engaging property owners who answered our every request and the home was just perfect. No complaints or issues at all! Rent it, don't think twice, just do it! You'll love this place! Great for families, but it's also a great night spot for couples or younger folks, there are two late night clubs right in town, just a short walk from the house.

Excellent house, well presented and equipped, perfect location for our family holiday

The house was brilliant for our family holiday - plenty of space for us to choose to be together or doing our own thing as we wanted to. Excellently equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect for the beach and central Saundersfoot and only a few minutes from lots of different locations for day trips for the whole family throughout our holiday. We all had a thoroughly lovely time and we very sad to leave our lovely holiday home. Thank you and no doubt we'll be back again soon!

Lovely, spacious and clean.

House is spacious, clean and comfortable. Had 3 generations of the family and could all have space when needed. Very close to all amenities, definitely a great find.

Absolutely amazing

A beautiful spacious house. There is everything that you would have in your own home already in the house.

Lovely location with the beautiful Tenby just up the road. The Blue Lagoon is worth a visit. It's suitable to families and adults.

All in all a 5 * stay.
