Overview

About the property

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 2 separate wcs. Terraces with sea views. Sleeps 8

We offer a beautifully furnished 4-bedroom Villa with spectacular and uninterrupted sea views in a gated development that includes a private beach and secure parking. The property (140sqm approx.) is on two floors. There are 2 double bedrooms with direct sea views and access to a private balcony and terrace, a twin bedroom also with direct sea views and a forth bedroom overlooking the inner garden courtyard. A good-sized lounge and dining room also has spectacular sea views that lead on to two separate balconies. There is a fully equipped kitchen that has magnificent mountain views of the Pyrenees. The Villa has two satellite televisions, a DVD player, free Wi-fi and a library of films, books and music. Two of the terraces easily accommodate 8persons dining outside along with sunbeds. In the evenings a lighthouse illuminates the Mediterranean providing a vista that is simply magical!

This secluded, noise-free spot is remarkably only a 10-minute brisk walk from the authentic Catalan bars and restaurants of the town centre. The region was once an artist enclave of Picasso, Matisse and Maillol. The World famous Ceret Museum and the extraordinary Dali Museum are merely a 30 to 40minute drive away. Banyuls is also ideally placed to go diving in their marine reserve, trekking and cycling in the natural wilderness of the Eastern Pyrenees and for the wine connoisseur, to sample their superb wines and traditional vineyards.

We are fluent in English, French, Italian or Spanish.

One of Europe's best kept secrets!

  • 5 of 5

Our holiday in Banyuls-sur-mer was fantastic: beautiful classic French town on the Mediterranean. Our accommodation was superb,, with the most stunning views over the coast and shoreline. We also managed to pop over to Spain for the day - two holidays for the price of one! Highly recommended accommodation /resort.

An excellent seaside property

  • 5 of 5

My family of four stayed at this property last week and loved it. It is spacious, quiet, comfortable, and above all, beautiful. The view of the sea is amazing. The constant sea breeze is enough to keep it from being too hot. The beach, though somewhat rocky, is just a couple of minutes walk down the hill. The nearby town has plenty of dining and shopping options. Further out, but not too far, are a number of museums and historical sites. Parking, as with every tourist area, is tough to find. But that minor inconvenience isn't enough to keep from being a 5 star rating. I highly recommend staying here.

Holiday Perfection

  • 5 of 5

This is a delightful place to stay, very comfortable, with two balconys and a lovely terrace. Five minutes to a secluded beach and ten minutes from a Michelin starred restaurant. We were there for the wine harvest very interesting. An great village and a brilliant holiday, we will return!1

Beautiful sea views and everything what you need

  • 5 of 5

I stayed twice for a long weekend at this Villa. When you enter the house and the living room it seems that you and the big blue sea become one unit... Nothing which seperates you and you only have the wish to sit down and observe the waves, the colours, the birds.... The second weekend in September the weather was extremely wind, extreme high waves and it was gorgeous! The space in the house especially in the rooms is very generous, enough place for a family or friends gathering. You are right there where long walks into nature above the coast can start or you walk just 10 minutes and you are in the village with its nice cafés and restaurants many things to discover. If you want to visit the beautiful old town of Colliure, you not even need a car, just get on the bus, it's a very short trip. (Of course you also could walk...) I higly recommend this place for 'letting fly your soul', write a book or share with nice people.

Spectacular terrace sea views. Cosy family home.

  • 5 of 5

Spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room with direct sea views to die and oh...what a location! You get the feeling of having the Mediterranean all to yourself. the town is also just a ten minutes walk away. I have been meaning to write a review for ages and finally be triggered to do so because we are planning to go back.

Could not be nearer to the sea ......

  • 5 of 5

February adjacent to the sea may not seem the ideal combination .... all the more significant, therefore, that we had such a good time.

The villa was spacious, warm and comfortable with lots of entertainment for times when we needed to be inside. The real joy, however, was the vistas that we saw through the large windows with fabulous sunrises and sunsets and all kinds of weather conditions at which to marvel.

And Banyuls itself is unspoiled and attractive, a short walk down the hill and with everything you could need for daily life; and Perpignan a perfect destination for colder days with a fascinating old town and enough shops, galleries and restaurants to amuse and Ceret is fabulous and its modern art gallery spectacular and Figures and Dali is unmissable.

It would have been good to swim from the pretty, secluded cove with its lagoon like stretch of water but we shall return in the sun.

Helpful and active customer care and a real concern for our enjoyment and well being.

An excellent experience and thoroughly enjoyable.

The house enjoys a privileged location at just metres away from the sea with no other houses interrupting the spectacular sea views from its terrace, balcony/terrace and third balcony.

This lovely four-bedroom semi detached villa is two minutes easy and safe walk from the beach Le Troc. Within the Reserve Marine of Banyuls it is excellent for snorkeling and scuba diving. Located in a picturesque bay of calm waters the beach is ideal for families with young children.

Away from the main road, this exclusive development is a 10-minute walk from the center of Banyuls. The town has great restaurants, shops and enchanting street markets. It has also become in recent years an artist colony. This beautiful land also produces stunning wines!

The house is approximately 40min drive from Perpignan Airport, 2 hours from Barcelona and 1h 30min from Gerona. Ryanair flies to Perpignan and Gerona Airports.

The beautiful Port-Vendres and Collioure are just 10 and 15 minutes away and the Spanish border at only 10min.
