Recently refurbished, beautifully bright and airy, contemporary two bedroom, two bathroom garden apartment with free unlimited WiFi is situated within the tranquil complex of Gran Calahonda. It is conveniently located fifteen minutes from both Marbella and Fuengirola and just a thirty minute drive from Malaga airport.

The property is located a five minute walk from a multitude of local amenities; including restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarkets, bank, pharmacies, therefore there is no need to hire a car unless of course you wish to explore more of what the Costa del Sol has to offer.

Overlooking the immaculately kept gardens, which are thoughtfully planted to afford year round bursts of colour, this ground floor apartment has direct access to the largest pool on the complex. Consequently it is ideally suited to those holidaying with children who wish to relax on the large private terrace, whilst still being within easy reach of the young ones. The lockable gate on the terrace assists with the safety and security of small children, while the tasteful furnishings contribute to relaxed family atmosphere. Facilities for outside dining are further complemented by exterior lounge furniture. There are a further two swimming pools, children’s pool, paddle (short tennis court) and football court within the grounds and a lifeguard is on duty during the summer months.

Hot and cold air conditioning in bedrooms, lounge and dining areas provides cooling during the summer months and heating during the cooler months providing an ambient year round temperature whilst inside the property.

Although communal sun loungers and parasols are provided around the swimming pool further sun loungers are can be found in the apartment for your private use.

Accommodation is apportioned as follows:

BEDROOM 1

The air-conditioned master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, fitted wardrobes, safe, dressing table, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and has patio door access to the terrace.

ENSUITE BATHROOM

Fully equipped with shower over bath, vanity unit, toilet, bidet, travel sized toiletries, cotton wool pads, tissues and cotton buds.

BEDROOM 2

The air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with twin beds, bedside table, lamp, fitted wardrobes and hairdryer.

SHOWER ROOM

Equipped with shower, vanity unit, toilet, travel sized toiletries, cotton wool pads, tissues and cotton buds.

KITCHEN

The new fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, blender and is further complimented by a Tassimo coffee machine.

Welcome pack provided and included in the price.

For your safety and comfort a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke detector are also installed.

LOUNGE

The tastefully decorated, spacious, air conditioned, open plan lounge/ dining room is furnished with two contemporary leather sofas, dining suite, stylish furniture, coordinated soft furnishings, contemporary artwork and is equipped with a 40”, wall mounted Samsung LCD TV with over 150 channels, DVD/ Blu-ray player with a selection of DVDs, Xbox games console with games, a CD/ MP3 compatible HiFi, various books and board games. free unlimited Wifi. Patio door access to the terrace.

Bed linen, Egyptian cotton towels and pool towels are provided. Duvets and blankets will be provided in the cooler months.

The complex has lifts and is gated with video entrance and underground allocated parking space.

Cleaning and laundry costs are included in the price. Mid stay bed linen and towels change available by prior arrangement.

Bought the apartment in Feb 2016 and knew it was right as soon as we saw it. We love the apartment as it is bright and airy, ideal for families with children and ideally located. No need to hire a car as everything is in walking distance. A firm favorite for holidays.

What makes this apartment unique

The close proximity to everything. Absolutely no need to hire a car unless you want to explore the coast. Perfect location for the pool area. Perfect!

Great apartment, great location.

We arrived to find a nice welcome pack. The apartment was immaculately clean, very good security, and very well equipped. We found that the closest supermarket, a very decent one, was only a couple of minutes away. We also found a large number of very good restaurants and bars within a 5 or 10 minute walk.

There is a very good information book, with excellent recommendations for the best beaches, markets etc.

We would love to go back and would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks, Amanda!

Quality apt.

We stayed for one week and found the apt very good in all aspects,comfortable,quiet, good location and on the ground floor so able to walk out in the gardens if required

All local facilities are about five to ten minutes walk away with supermarket across the road.

The apt is equipped with all you would expect and more besides, Amanda the owner has thought of everything and is also quality with her communications etc.

Great holiday

This apartment was perfect for our autumn break in the sun. I have never been to such a well equipped and well thought out rental, I was especially impressed by the shopping bag on wheels! what a gem. The pool was outside our balcony, it was peaceful and a great sun trap. Restaurants and bars were five minutes down the street and the supermarket across the road. Will have to return, you will not be disappointed.

Superb quality apartment in a brilliant location - central for everything!

Decorated to a high standard with lovely extra touches. Close to all amenities yet still in a peaceful setting. Fantastic pool with well maintained gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

5 Star Accomodation

This was our first family holiday in the area and we left with great impressions. The apartment, amenities & location ticked all the boxes for us and we agreed that we will return. Until now we usually try and explore somewhere different but I think the area of La Cala/Calahonda will draw us back. Its is beneficial to have found such fantastic accommodation also. All the rooms were spotlessly clean and this is the first time I have ever seen such a well equipped kitchen for a rental. Everything was thought of, to facilitate catering. Being on the ground floor was a huge plus due to proximity to garden and pool, which were all maintained to a high standard. I did a lot of research before settling on booking this apartment and I have no hesitation recommending the accommodation.

A very clean bright well equipped and secure holiday property

This apartment is in a good position with amenities shops and many restaurants very close and right in the middle of the west Costa del Sol area and with a short car drive in easy reach of all the main resorts. Its in a secure gated apartment block with underground parking and one floor up to the apartment, the apartment is newly decorated and very well equipped with all the equipment you need for your needs it has quite fast broadband and all major UK TV channels a roomy patio area with your own steppes to the garden and pool area and I would not hesitate to stay again. My only adverse comment is as we were there for two weeks there was no change of bedding while not expecting a full service call i do not expect to wash the bed clothes while on holiday apart from that it was excellent.
