Very quiet but with all amenities nearby. Unbeatable location, you can go to the center taking a walk, has a private underground garage so you do not have to take the car if you are going to walk through Jerez, with elevator from the garage to the attic, from the terrace you can see much of the city from several perspectives.

Penthouse Apartment

Wonderful apartment with large terrace.Clean, smart and large with everything you need. The charming host,Jose Manuel ,was available and helpful if you needed him. The neighborhood is nice with a couple of restaurants on the doorstep and a 10 minute walk to loads more. A Dia supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. Would not hesitate to book this apartment again if we return to Jerez.

Nice quiet location in the suberbs

The location was quiet, the accommodation was good and spacious. Not too far from things we wanted to visit (Alcazar, Cathedral). A local information pack giving local food/bar supplies/times (even a portable city map) would have been useful.

Great base to Visit from

Great property well positioned to base yourself. Easy access to bars, restaurants, Bodega’s and only a 20 min walk to Jerez train station taking you to Cadiz, Seville and further a field. The apartment is clean and well kept and communication with host was exceptional Will definitely return

Le proprietaire a bacler la reception et nous a donner tres peu de precision . La vaisselle n’etait pas bien nettoyee L’entree du parking est tres difficile d’acces y compris pour Les autres habitants de l’immeuble Ranger notre voiture de taille moyenne une renault meganne etait difficile tant la place etait etroite

Nice Apartment in Jerez

This apartment is very tastefully decorated and well-equipped with a lot of space and very comfortable beds. We stayed in June, when temperatures were hot so our clothes dried on the line very quickly. Note that parking, while free, is a little tight, especially if you have a small SUV or something larger (but it's free)! The owner is very communicative and responsive. This apartment is in a pretty quiet residential neighborhood with a lot of great dining and sherry winery options nearby. We did experience a bit of a hiccup with the air conditioning and the circuit breakers (especially as the high temperatures were over 100 F/40 C), but I am sure these have been fixed by the time I write this. Jerez itself is a nice city, not too touristy, so you get a real taste of somewhere Spanish.
