Kingsley View is a semi-detached cottage in the village of Kingsley, near Leek in Staffordshire. Near the Peak District and Alton Towers, the property sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a king-size double and a twin room. There is also a shower room, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, secure bike storage and a decked area with a gravelled area, a Wendy House and an inflatable hot tub. Kingsley View makes a fantastic base for exploring this area. Amenities: Gas central heating with open fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for two cars. Secure bike storage. Decked area with gravelled area, Wendy House and inflatable hot tub. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurant 1 mile downhill. Note: Cottage is on an A road which can get busy at peak times, associated noise will be heard. Note: Boiler is located in the twin bedroom. Note: Hot tub not in use when air temperature less than 5 degrees Celsius.
