Outside is ample off road parking, lockable bike storage and a patio with furniture as well as use of a designated area of the owner's garden, including steps down to the shingle beach. Herbrand House offers easy access to walking, the coast, train trips to London, or touring throughout Sussex and Kent. Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and beach towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Private patio with furniture. Use of designated part of owner’s garden, with steps down onto beach.
