Le Brévent is a beautifully renovated apartment just a short walk from the Brévent - Planpraz lift and a stroll down the hill to the facilities in Chamonix town centre. Situated on the first floor the dual aspect provides breath taking views of both sides of the valley. The property has been finished to a high standard offering a light, contemporary yet peaceful feel throughout.

The entrance hall leads to an open plan living area with a modern kitchen, dining for 6 people and comfortable seating. Sliding doors open onto a generous balcony which provides an ideal spot for relaxing in front of hypnotic views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains.

There are three spacious bedrooms, two flexible (double or twin) with an ensuite or adjacent bathroom. The master bedroom has a super king double bed with an ensuite bathroom.

Location

Le Brévent boasts a fantastic location set just above Chamonix town centre and right next to the Brévent-Planpraz lift.

The town centre is an approximate 10 minute walk (550m) downhill where there are numerous bars and restaurants within close proximity. The nearest supermarket is Super U, also in the town centre and approximately a 12 minute walk (750m) from the apartment.

For access to the slopes, the main lift to Brévent (also linked to Flégère ski area) is just a short walk (220m) from the front door. A bus service runs from the lift station to the main bus stop in Chamonix. Alternatively there is a bus stop on Allée Recteur Payot, 550m from the apartment, giving access to the other ski areas in the valley.
