Two bedroom ground floor apartment in a fantastic location in Las Marinas on the El Palmar complex in Denia. This light and airy apartment, with WIFI, is ideal for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/lounge with dining area.

The apartment is set in the private gardens of the El Palmar complex, so plenty of room for sunbathing on the lawns, or snoozing in the shade under the palm trees. To cool down, or be a little more energeric, a few steps away from the apartment is the larger of the 2 communal pools with water slides for children of all ages! Just a five minute walk will take you to the impressive 20 kilometers of sandy beaches that stretch from Denia to Oliva together with restaurants and bars, a short walking distance away.

Closeby there is the fabulous town of Denia with its 3 marinas where you can watch the boats come and go all day, enjoy freshly caught fish in the restaurants or even a wander round the shops and open air market.

Looking for beach or poolside relaxation, with all amenities within walking distance, in the beautiful spanish sunshine, then this is the place for you!

Ideal location: Pool, beach, town and 'days out'

Ground floor apartment 50 yards from the 'residents only' pool. Walking distance to beach and bus stop for frequent service to Denia town. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Restaurant La Cova del Mero on the beach is for fish-dish lovers with the bonus of beautiful sunsets. Ideally positioned for 'days out' driving to many interesting locations along the coast (El Palmar, Valencia) and inland to the mountains to visit Castles, Monasteries and gardens.

Great bolthole

A great apartment ideally situated for the beach, pool and with an easy and very reasonable bus service into Denia made this a great getaway. Clean and smartly furnished with a modern bathroom. Ample parking directly outside.

Fantastic Holidays!!

The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for a great holiday. Everything is really close by - the beach, swimming pools, bars and restaurants. It was so nice to be able to walk to everywhere in the sunshine and we really enjoyed exploring Denia town. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return ourselves as soon as we can.

Très bon sejour

Nous sommes reste deux semaines. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé la piscine et la plage à 10 min à pied. Nous nous avons aime le centre de denia à 10 min en voiture.

L'appartement à tout ce qu'il faut très pratique (ustensiles de cuisine, oreilles dure ou moelleux, parasol, chaises de plage,quelques jeux carte domino, un tiroir avec beaucoup de dépliant sur les sites à visiter et restaurant.....)

The apartment is ideally located in the El Palmar residential complex in the district of Las Marinas. A car is not essential, as the beach, shops including supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. A bus stop is situated on the La Marina road, a few minutes walk from El Palmar, with a regular bus service into the fascinating town of Denia. Alternatively a 4 kilometre drive will take to the heart of this marine town. Here there is plenty to do and see for all tastes.

Denia is a very cosmopolitan town with an interesting mix of buildings reflecting its colourful history, including the 16th century castle sat above the town on a small hill. Below in the town there are some excellent shops and its main street, the Calle Marques de Compo, is lined with trees and bars and restaurants and is an excellent place to stop for a meal, or a drink and watch the world go by. The Carrer Marques de Campos, the main shopping street, still retains much of its original charm and the Les Roques quarter, next to the castle is one of the nicest quarters of Denia. It has become something of an arts and crafts centre. The Plaza de los Caidos is surrounded by some attractive 18th century buildings, including the town hall.

Denia's fishing port has lovely narrow cobbled streets lined with simple whitewashed houses. Not far away is a modern marina with shops, bars and nightclubs.

Nick and Steph of Costa Caretaking, the Property Managers, will meet you at the Apartment, or at an agreed meeting place, to issue the keys, take the deposit, answer any queries and give advice on the local area to ensure you enjoy your holiday to the maximum.

For stay over 2 weeks, we will carry out at a mid stay change of bed linen and towels on a weekly basis.

There is a comprehensive information book in the Apartment, which not only gives the essential information on the property but also gives lots of advice and ideas on what to do, see, eat and drink from a locals perspective.
