About the property

This is a modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with five beds to sleep eight people comfortably. There are two large double beds and two single foldable beds in the apartment as well as a double sofa bed. The apartment has large, comfortable dining and living areas, which fill the room with sunlight by day and offer incredible city views by night. The living area also has a grand piano, so you can tickle the ivories while enjoying sensational views of Dublin City.

The apartment also offers a large balcony and rooftop terrace with stunning views across Dublin's iconic Grand Canal Dock.

All bills are included and there is Hi-Speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment, as well as flat screen TV's with cable TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including coffee machine, and there is a washer dryer in the apartment.

This apartment comes with free access to a full gym, pool, sauna, and hot tub, located on Clarendon Street just beside Grafton Street.

We provide secure parking to our guests free of charge. For those travelling without a car, this apartment is within a ten minute walk of bus, train, and tram lines, making it easy to get around both the city and the surrounding countryside and coastline.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival, and freshly laundered towels and bed linens, as well as a hairdryer, are provided for you. We are always on call in case you need us.

I was little nervous about booking this apartment because it didn't have any reviews, but I am so glad that we found this amazing apartment for our visit to Dublin. There were 6 of us staying and the apartment was a great size for us. It was both modern and chic.

The apartment was convenient to markets and restaurants. It was nice to get up and enjoy a leisurely breakfast looking out over the harbor before heading out for the day. The apartment was well equipped for cooking, but the many balconies made for a great place to enjoy take away from a nearby market or restaurant.

The apartment really is as good as it looks and sounds. Mark and his team do a great job of working with you and helping you to get acquainted with the area. The view is stunning in both day and night. The harbor is a great place to people watch or enjoy the outdoors. We loved the location because you felt like a local and not a tourist. It was a great escape from the touristy parts of Dublin at the end of the day. You will not one sorry if you book this one!

One favorite part were the 3 Dublin Bike rentals located right outside the front door. It was super easy to download the app and learn how to use the kiosk. We did have to walk to a location across the bridge for our first rental because we need a machine a that accepted credit cards. The bikes were free for the first 30 minutes and it never took us more than 30 to get to our destination. You do have to buy a membership, but that was only $5/person. We had great weather so this was a super option for a quick ride into town.

Go ahead and book this one and don't let it slip away. You won't be sorry.

Fantastic apartment. I love it!

I count this as one of my best vacations in years . It isn't only the beauty of the view that captured my heart but the apartment itself . It has excellent paint job and design that made it spacious and neat . There were facilities that helped me make my stay more comfortable . The free WiFi has strong reception while the washing machine and T.V worked perfectly well. Also , the furniture matched the design and looked almost new . The restaurants and pubs near my place offer great food and company . Everything was just simply amazing!

Amazing property with fantastic view

10/10 experience. From the view, apartment, and food. The simple yet elegant design of the pad made it irresistible for me. The facilities in each room and decorations were also lovely. I had the pleasure of cooking in a kitchen with complete utensils and going out when I feel like it. Since  the bars and restaurants were only few minutes away.  Amazing, indeed.

Great location with awesome views

7 of us stayed at this accommodation for a weekend visit to Dublin, and after a few searches this seemed to look perfect. After our stay I can confirm we made the right choice.

The accommodation itself is extensive and can easily handle a group/family of 4 up to a larger group of 8 potentially as stated.

We were welcomed with an incredible view of the docks from the living room. And on exploring, and taking a bit of time to test the piano, the layout and size was more than agreeable, with 2 bedrooms, living space, kitchen and a dining area. The extra section was a rooftop balcony, above the apartment, which on a sunny day or clear night provides a panoramic view of the area which does not disappoint.

The stay was great and communication was great where everything was agreed and consulted really well.

If you are looking for somewhere near the Docks or Temple Bar area of Dublin I can highly recommend this apartment, however if you wish to walk it is about 20-30mins away from the Temple Bar nightlife, but there are a few bars on this walk. And getting a taxi shouldn't be a problem either.

The only other thing that possibly let's the apartment down is the slightly worn seats in the living room and balcony both of which could be spruced up, but don't let this put you off as the rest more than makes up for these little things.

Thank you for the stay and would definitely look at booking this property again.

Great location, wonderful view, apt needs a little bit of work

The apt had a lot ove wonderful things going for it. It was great for our short stay. We were met on the corner where we were having lunch and taken to the apt.
