Christmas time with family and friends

Upon our arrival, we were immediately well treated. the staff, led by Fatima, was friendly, welcoming and well organized. Every meal was excellent and were made right on time. Our rooms were cleaned everyday to perfection and the property, overall, was perfect. When deciding what and when we wanted to eat, Fatima listened and the portions were more than enough for my family of seven. The staff was invested and even accompanied my daughters when going out at night to make sure they are safe. The rooms are very nice and the pictures an exact representation of them. The neighborhood is in the middle of the Medina, diving is straight into Marrakech. It’s a 15mn walk to Jama El Afna and there are many activities proposed by the Ryad. The wifi was great, we had a coffee machine we could use and the pool was beautiful. The only downside is the pool was not heated so we couldn’t use it, contrary to what is indicated. Overall, we are very satisfied by this experience and recommend it a 100%.

Belle restauration de riad

Le riad est très agréable à vivre, magnifiquement décoré et particulièrement bien tenu et entretenu par Fatima. Nous en profitons pour vous recommander son tajine et ses crêpes. Il est positionné dans un quartier plutôt populaire de la médina et le contraste entre à l'intérieur et l'extérieur peut probablement être perturbant pour certains touristes mais il fait également son charme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de ce logement et nous remercions ses propriétaires et personnel pour leur courtoisie et leur hospitalité.

A well kept Riad

We had a good stay at the Riad Tchina. The house is spotlessly clean and well kept. The staff are very helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners that Fatima and her staff provided for us. One caution I have about this Riad is the location. It is in the middle of the Médina. You can’t get there by car, so you need to be dropped off at the gate entrance of the Médina and walk in. The Médina is very hectic and quite a sensory onslaught. It’s also important to note that the Riad is in the far east side of the city and we ended up relying on taxis quite a bit to get to and from various locations in the city.
