Newly refurbished and well equipped apartment with large sunny enclosed patio

More than just a holiday rental property, our 2 bedroom 2

bathroom apartment has recently been refurbished to a high and tasteful standard including new appliances and 2 new bathrooms.

The accommodation includes a 55 square metre private and secluded south facing patio with a comfortable 6 seat rattan furniture set and barbecue. The patio is easily accessed via sliding doors from the lounge.

The master double bedroom with king size bed has its own en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, sink and loo. The second bedroom has twin beds (these can be zipped together to form another king size bed) and a family bathroom alongside. The good sized kitchen is fitted with new appliances to include a new oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. The kitchen houses the gas central heating system which also provides instant hot water. The lounge has ample seating with two settees and a coffee table. The room is equipped with a flatscreen TV, DVD player and free wireless internet.

Beach Towels are not provided and we request that all guests bring their own.

A travel cot is available for families with babies

There is a dedicated parking space and parking on roads adjacent to the property on a first come first served basis.

A well behaved pet is allowed but we ask our guests to ensure that no damage is made to the apartment and that any noise is kept to the minimum bearing in mind that there may be other guests in the vicinity. No smoking is permitted.

We have been regular visitors to Salcombe for over 30 years, bringing our children each year when they were small. We now bring our grandchildren who love it as much as our children did. We bought the apartment in 2014 and lovingly refurbished it to make it home from home so that our family and guests have a truly relaxing break

The property is well located, has a sunny patio which is enclosed for dogs and children, and most importantly has a parking space and off street parking. It is a short walk down hill into town and there are some lovely woodside walks adjacent to the property as well as a quick route via the Beadon estate to North Sands

Nice clean flat

We stayed for a week and found the apartment to be clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The garden got the sun a lot. The beds were comfortable. There was an easy allocated parking space to the side although the 3 spots right outside were free the whole time we were there anyway. A steep 10 min walk from town. The only negative ,which is outside the owners control, is that it was quite noisy from the apartment above. But with a young baby struggling to sleep we were maybe overly sensitive to it.

Would recommend staying here.

Wonderful property

What an absolute gem of a place. Immaculately presented, this delightful accommodation provided absolutely everything we needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The owners have created a home from home feeling with lots of attention to detail and all the mod cons that you may need. Fantastic benefits include offstreet parking and huge patio garden which is perfect for the children. Cannot rate this highly enough, thank you for allowing us to stay!

Lovely property. Well equipped, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a most enjoyable 3 night stay for 4 adults. Appreciated the plentiful hot water, comfy beds and handy Spa just around the corner for basic essentials . Owners Peter and Penny really helpful. Would definitely go again.
