Absolutely fantastic position in the heart of Calpe, with a very short walk to a beautiful sandy beach, and the many shops, restaurants, and bars offering a wide range to suit all tastes. The lovely old town is just a short walk up the high street, which has kept its old Spanish charm, and offers a variety of traditional restaurants. No need for a car everything is within walking distance. If you do have a car we can arrange a parking space for you, subject to availability. The summer months do become very busy, so let us know ASAP if required. (Extra charge applies) You will not find a more central location than this.

The property has a spacious hallway. The apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms with twin beds, wardrobes and chest of drawers. Bedroom 1 has a door leading on to a balcony. There is a hairdryer located in Bedroom 1 and a safe. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, mircrowave, toaster, kettle etc. Separate lounge and dining area, with TV, DVD player and radio. Bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, and heated towel rail. There is also a back balcony with a washing machine and clothes line. Spacious front balcony with table and chairs, which gets the morning sun, nice for breakfast. You get a great view of the high street and the Penon and the hills towards Moraira. Situated on the 8th floor so nice and cool in the summer months, as you get a nice breeze blowing through the whole apartment. There are fans available, and also a heater.

It's my parents apartment, but I am helping them with the admin of it.

I was born and bred in Hertfordshire, and still live there. I am married and have two children. I work for the NHS as Phlebotomist (person who takes blood, no not a vampire!) at my local hospital.

Amanda Palmer purchased this apartment in 1966

Why Amanda Palmer chose Calpe

My Grandfather purchased this property back in the 60's when Calp was just a small fishing village. I spent all of my childhood summers in Calp and loved every second of them. I now have my own family and we have enjoyed family holidays there often. Calp is such a great place for families or couples alike, there is something for everybody, you can do as little or as much as you like. The climate is great all year round. I have been out there in October and been on the beach and in shorts.

What makes this apartment unique

This property is situated in the heart of Calp, very close to all the restaurants, bars and shops, and a very short walk to the beach. The apartment has two balconies which is nice. Its nice being on the top floor as you don't have people banging overhead and the views are nice.

Lovely spacious apartment

Lovely spacious well equipped apartment in a very good location, easy to get to beach and restaurants and the old town. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment, the owners were very helpful as we had an early flight and wanted to get in early which they arranged for us. You can actually see the rock from the balcony. If we ever go back to Calpe we will definitely use this apartment

Great location for all Calpe has to offer

The property is spacious and well equipped. It is a short walk to the beach, supermarket and the old town. Despite being central the apartment was quiet as it located on the 8th floor. I would have no trouble recommending this property.

Recent trip to Calpe.

My family and I recently enjoyed a holiday to Calpe in this apartment.

The owners directions were accurate and easy to follow.

The apartment was spacious, clean,well equipped and a real home from home. There was even a washing machine which was a bonus and my son enjoyed the Disney channel.

Location was perfect. Fantastic supermarket just down the road, a large selection of restaurants and the beach was perfectly situated at the end of the road which took only a few minutes to walk to.

Amanda, the owner was very helpful and replied promptly to any questions.

Overall, I would recommend this apartment and plan to return again with my family.

location was really good for us and nice apartment

Excellent location and well equipped, felt like home from home.

The whole process was well managed and we received clear instructions on how to find the apartment. The property was clean, well equipped and felt like a home rather than just a holiday let. From the balcony you could see over Calpe to the hills towards Moraira, which gave beautiful sunrise views, and you can also see the rock and the sea. The apartment is in the main high street so with that comes traffic noise, but on the top floor this wasn't a problem. All rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, although some extra towels would have been great. We had a lovely 10 days and would definitely return to this property.

Plenty to see and do, about half an hour away you have waterfalls, a waterpark, and a theme park (not open all year).

Calpe itself has lots of walking trails, boat trips, including trips to Benidorm. Also the Penon de Ifach rock to climb which is also a nature reserve. Lots of bars, restaurants, and shops.

Good bus and train links to surrounding areas
