St Davids is a wonderfully spacious, detached coastal family home, overlooking the picturesque Solent, just a short walk into the town centre of Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight. The house has been extensively refurbished and can sleep ten people in five luxurious bedrooms. There is a super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), with a basin and vanity unit, a ground floor super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), a king-size double with a basin and vanity unit, a twin bedroom (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request), a ground floor twin bedroom, (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request, a bathroom, a ground floor wet room with a rainshower and a ground floor basin and WC. Also in the property is a kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and a spacious dining area, a first floor sitting room with a 4K Smart TV featuring Netflix and Amazon as well as a conservatory. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, a south facing garden with patio area, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. St Davids is a ten minute walk along the sea front to the town of Yarmouth and makes a wonderful base for your holiday on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric Range cooker and gas hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TVs with Freeview, Amazon Prime and Netflix access (own account log-in required) plus YouTube and Catchup TV, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. South facing garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Coastal path across road. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Beds are hotel grade and are higher than domestic beds. Note: If more than one infant is staying then additional travel cots need to be brought for every additional infant. Infants are not permitted to sleep in the beds.

A quite outstanding cottage

Beautiful holiday family house ,very comfortable and tastefully renovated

to a high standard throughout. Everything to hand and plenty of space for children. A perfect holiday rental in a very convenient location. Highly recommend for off season as well as holiday period.

Stunning views, modern & ideal location

The property was spacious, modern, and had a beachy feel. The beds were very comfortable and big; combined with the bathrooms, it felt more like a hotel! The patio in the rear garden provided a perfect space for breakfast in the sun, while the apple trees below, added good shade for our 7month year old. The property is a short walk into the beautifully traditional town of Yarmouth. We so enjoyed the stunning sea views from the upstairs living room - a great place to relax and watch the world 'sail' by! Plenty of easy opportunities to get out and about at a leisurely place - a much appreciated time of relaxation and fun!
