This lovely and sunny studio apartment occupies the ground floor of the owners’ detached property. It is set in secluded, peaceful gardens just a few minutes’ stroll down the hill to Sidmouth’s bustling Regency Esplanade, beach and picturesque town centre. Additional guests can book the charming, detached, converted Old Stable with twin beds and en suite shower room which is just a few paces away.

Absolutely great in all ways.

A wonderful stay in a lovely apartment. A great welcome from a very friendly host and beautiful views. We were extremely comfortable in very comfortable beds and a well furnished room, lovely linen and great welcome pack. The weather also turned on the charm for us. Some super places to go out and about to and a lovely town with beautiful gardens. Can thoroughly recommend the whole package.

Delightful Discovery

Our week's stay in this lovely "Garden Studio" commenced with the warmest of receptions from our host Rupert. The studio overlooks his wife Ann's exceptional flower garden with a view to the sea. The studio contained everything that could be reasonably expected for the money charged and we eagerly anticipate an early return visit.

Enchanting!

Lived in Sidmouth 20 yrs. I never knew this magical place was here. What a wonderful setting for "A Midsummer Nights Dream" - read Puck's epilogue in the dream': I have been transported to the Forest of Arden.

Charming and convenient. Super hosts.

Lovely comfortable weekend stay in The Old Stable with friends in The Garden Room. Everything we could need was there including parking for the car, lovely views to the sea and a pretty garden. There is a park next door for the dog to run riot. Five or six minutes walk to the shops and seafront. Great walks along the coast. Sidmouth is a lovely old fashioned resort. Will definitely be going back here to see Ann and Rupert.

My Wife and I have stayed in the Garden Studio for the last three years and have thoroughly enjoyed our visits.

The Studio is very clean, well maintained, with a good shower room, a comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchen, quite suitable for preparing evening meals.

There is a designated car parking space at the front of the well kept garden.

The view of Sidmouth from the property is outstanding.

The Studio is a short walk from the town with its numerous restaurants and interesting shops. Not to be missed is the Connaught Gardens, famous for its views, Band concerts, and Tea rooms.

Anne and Rupert, the owners, have a wide ranging knowledge of the area and are very easy to talk to.

The Garden Studio is quite unique, and is well recommended.

The "Old Stable": If you are interested in booking the converted "Old Stable" (sleeps 2, no catering facilities), please contact the owners. Guideline price is 30% less than the Studio apartment if booked at the same time as the Garden Studio, 20% less if booked at a later stage.

Our Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non refundable. If a request to cancel the booking is made and duly acknowledged by us prior to the balance being paid, the balance of the holiday is not due. After the balance has been paid, any request to cancel a booking will trigger a refund of 50% of this balance if notice of cancellation is given at least 30 days prior to Date of Arrival and is duly acknowledged by us. If a request to cancel a booking is made within 30 days of the Date of Arrival, no monies are refundable. All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email and will not be considered confirmed by either party until acknowledged by us via email. If you do not receive acknowledgement of your Cancellation Request within 24 hours, please make contact with us by telephone on +44 (0) 1395 512577. This Cancellation Policy supersedes any other cancellation policy from Owners Direct, HomeAway or any Card Processor.
