About the property

Located just a few minutes walk from the beach and Praca with it's shops and restaurants, as well as the golf, spa, resort pool, mini golf and kids club, this villa is superbly located.

Please note that access to the pool at the Praca is an additional charge, either via the purchase of a weekly Welcome Card from the Golf Resort which gives a 50% discount on pool entry (see list of other discounts below) or a daily entry charge of c15 euros per person.

Recently refurbished 3 bed villa, with both first floor bedrooms boasting sea views. There are 4 separate outside spaces to enjoy, including a large front patio and roof terrace.

The villa is configured with a double bedroom and en-suite downstairs, and two twin bedrooms upstairs sharing a family bathroom.

As resort members our guests benefit from a 50% discount on golf.

Welcome cards can be purchased from the resort reception for c40 euros per person. These give free access to the pool at the tennis centre, 50% off the main resort (Praca) pool, and further discounts on tennis, the gym, spa treatments, and the kids club.

Great Townhouse, ideal for a family holiday. Very clean with ample room. This Townhouse is ideal for access to the Golf, beach and restaurants....all within easy walking distance. Would recommend for all ages.

Simply enjoyable

These villas were among the first built at Val do Lobo (in the 1970s?). They are grouped together like a little village, around a pedestrian area with parking around the outside. They have a character of their own. Close to the Golf Club and close to the beach and restaurants, but quiet and peaceful. Those with roof terraces have lovely views and offer even more seclusion. The air conditioning that has been added in the bedrooms at 116 was very welcome in a hot spell in June.

Very Nice House with a perfekt location.

Beautiful old VDL style. Perfekt location with a short Wall to the beach center as well as the golf club. Fine disposition of rooms, nice bathrooms, and we loved the terrasses upsairs. The chairs in the dining room were dreadful as was the lamps. We had to change some of the bulps and put towels over the bedroom lamps. The kitchen had a very basic equipment, but we got used to it:-). We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful Location

My husband and I and two adult children from Canada have just returned from an 18 day stay at this lovely villa. The villa is recently renovated and was very clean, well equipped, and we were very comfortable there. We did a fair amount of cooking, so the barbecue was very nice to have. 'Pingo Doce', the grocery store at the entrance to the resort had everything we needed for supplies. The villa itself is in a nice quiet location facing onto a courtyard area but is just a short walk from the restaurant and bar area of the resort and also to the beach. The views from the rooftop patio are quite wonderful. In the evening there always seemed to be a pleasant breeze. We even watched a fireworks show in Quarteira from the rooftop one night. The beach is incredible. It just goes on forever. We walked west to Quarteira along the beach one day and it takes about 45 minutes. Walking east, it takes about an hour to get to Koko beach. We took a day trip to Seville, in Spain and it was also a lovely place to visit. We also did an overnight trip to Sintra/Evora but it would have been better to have limited to one location. There is so much to see. We went to the Saturday market in Loule; it operates daily, however on Saturday there are stalls set up all around the building as well. They have wonderful fish and vegetables and baked goods. Make sure to try the pasteis de nata. They are delightful. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. The villa is a perfect base to explore the Algarve from. We had a wonderful holiday.

Wonderful views

My husband and I had a lovely long weekend in this immaculate villa located just a quick stroll from the centre with the restaurants and bars and also to the beach. The villa itself is beautifully presented - everything seemed brand new and refurbished and the views from the rooftop at sunset were absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be returning, probably next time with our kids!!

Loved it!

We have just returned from a fantastic short break in Vale do Lobo. This villa was perfect in all aspects. The roof terrace sits high above all other buildings with a view of the sea, and seems to catch the sun at all times of the day. The villa itself has all the amenities you could require and is really spacious and homely. The shower is probably my favourite feature, I’m sure I used up my fair share of water! The location of this villa is set back from the main road, in a little courtyard area. It is a really quiet and peaceful location, yet is just a short walk (5 minutes max) from the central point where the restaurants and bars are situated. The villa is also really close to a little path that leads straight down the beach. We really couldn’t have asked for more from our stay, and the owners were really helpful in providing all the info we required ahead of our stay.
