About the property

Situated two streets back from the main port road through Torrevieja, this second floor apartment comprises of a lounge/diner with a wrap around narrow balcony with french doors onto it. Recently refurbished all the furnishing are new and airconditioning is available in all the main rooms on a prepaid card meter. Please note a cleaning/linen fee of 40 Euro is payable on arrival.

The apartment has a spacious feel as a long corridor leads to the three bedrooms and kitchen.

There are two double bedrooms and one twin, all have independent airconditioning units.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and all the crockery and utensils you might need.

The bathroom has a shower, no bath, a bidet, toilet and sink unit.

There is a second cloakroom with a toilet and sink unit.

Both are fully tiled.

As you step out of this block of only six flats you are right in the heart of the town with all the amenities that provides including cafes, bars, restaurants and small convenience stores.

Parking is available for free in the surrounding streets or you can opt for the peace of mind in one of the many underground carparks.

No pool with the apartment but in typical Spanish tradition you can take a stroll to one of the towns fabulous beaches in under 10 minutes. The property is equally suited to families and couples and the town of Torrevieja has much to see and do, including El Cura beach- this is the most popular beach, as it is integrated within the town’s urban area. The S-61 Delfin submarine floating museum, The Museum of the Sea and Salt and Torrevieja’s Natural History Museum to name just a few.

A cleaning / linen fee of €40 is payable on arrival.

Great apartment in the best part of town.

Had an excellent five nights in this very well equipped apartment. It is only 1 minute walk to the marina and has plenty of bars cafes and restaurants in the locality. Communication with the owner booking the apartment and Terry who met us on arrival was first class thank you very much for a great stay.

Nice apartment, well located

Just returned from a long weekend staying at the apartment, which is well located near to the sea front and centre of Torrevieja.

Communication with Mark the owner, was excellent with all questions promptly answered. He arranged transfers for us from Murcia airport which all went smoothly.

A large apartment set on the second floor of a town centre block, as others have said there is no lift in the building and so the apartment is accessed by stairs only.

The apartment is spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Being in the town centre, it can be difficult to park around the apartment.

I would have no hesitation in staying again.

Great apartment in a good location

The apartment had everything you could need and is very comfortable. There was even dishwasher and washing tablet, although we took our own. There was even milk, water and wine on our arrival. The location is near the port with lots of restaurants near by. By far the best part of the apartment is the exceptionally comfy bed and great quilt. The only downside is that there is no lift, but OK if you don't have mobility problems. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best properties that I have stayed in. Modern upto date, clean. Well placed

From the original Spanish flat a great job has been done in modernising this apartment. Three excellent bedrooms, two bathrooms including a good shower. Lovely lounge and dining room.After seeing the picture I thought the apartment might be a little jaded but it was even better than the pictures. As an old age couple we are unlikely to return to Torrevieja, as we like to move around, however if we ever did return we would have no hestitation in renting this apartment again.

it is only a 15 minute walk from the bus. Just over 5 minutes to the prom and beach.
