About the property

Situated two streets back from the main port road through Torrevieja, this second floor apartment comprises of a lounge/diner with a wrap around narrow balcony with french doors onto it. Recently refurbished all the furnishing are new and airconditioning is available in all the main rooms on a prepaid card meter. Please note a cleaning/linen fee of 40 Euro is payable on arrival.

The apartment has a spacious feel as a long corridor leads to the three bedrooms and kitchen.

There are two double bedrooms and one twin, all have independent airconditioning units.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher and all the crockery and utensils you might need.

The bathroom has a shower, no bath, a bidet, toilet and sink unit.

There is a second cloakroom with a toilet and sink unit.

Both are fully tiled.

As you step out of this block of only six flats you are right in the heart of the town with all the amenities that provides including cafes, bars, restaurants and small convenience stores.

Parking is available for free in the surrounding streets or you can opt for the peace of mind in one of the many underground carparks.

No pool with the apartment but in typical Spanish tradition you can take a stroll to one of the towns fabulous beaches in under 10 minutes. The property is equally suited to families and couples and the town of Torrevieja has much to see and do, including El Cura beach- this is the most popular beach, as it is integrated within the town’s urban area. The S-61 Delfin submarine floating museum, The Museum of the Sea and Salt and Torrevieja’s Natural History Museum to name just a few.

A cleaning / linen fee of €40 is payable on arrival.

Great apartment in a good location

The apartment had everything you could need and is very comfortable. There was even dishwasher and washing tablet, although we took our own. There was even milk, water and wine on our arrival. The location is near the port with lots of restaurants near by. By far the best part of the apartment is the exceptionally comfy bed and great quilt. The only downside is that there is no lift, but OK if you don't have mobility problems. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best properties that I have stayed in. Modern upto date, clean. Well placed

From the original Spanish flat a great job has been done in modernising this apartment. Three excellent bedrooms, two bathrooms including a good shower. Lovely lounge and dining room.After seeing the picture I thought the apartment might be a little jaded but it was even better than the pictures. As an old age couple we are unlikely to return to Torrevieja, as we like to move around, however if we ever did return we would have no hestitation in renting this apartment again.

it is only a 15 minute walk from the bus. Just over 5 minutes to the prom and beach.

Gorgeous, Spacious Apartment, Ideal Location..

We Booked this apartment with intentions of viewing our own apartments to buy once in torrevieja,

The apartment is 5 mins walk from the Sea. 10Mins Walk to Aldi. 2 mins walk to local Spa shop..

It is so centrally located..

The owners are great and will help with anything, We opted for airport pick up and we were greeted by a charming Spanish lady who was very happy to help and talk about the best local things to do.

The apartment was very very clean, very spacious, hairdryer, towels, etc etc provided,

If you are like me and love to sit out until the early hours watching the world then this is the balcony.. So much happening at night to see..

Well done, A cracking stay!!!

Great apartment

Fantastic apartment,had everything we needed and very spacious,was great even with our 1year old twins there was only a hand full of things we had to lift out the way of them so it was very stress free! The apartmentlovely and spacious and is very close to the seafront and shops,bars,spar shop down the road, we walked up to the carrefour shop a few times and the habaneras shopping centre and ozone centre. Great location if you don't fancy hiring a car! There was also tea,coffee and milk and a bottle of water all in the apartment for us so we could have a nice cuppa when we arrived!

Absolutely perfect

We booked the apartment for a week following a week of study for me in Spain. My husband flew over and we took the bus from Alicante airport which was really easy. We were met at the apartment by Terry who ran through everything. Absolutely everything you could need was provided. The apartment is really central and there was no noise. Absolutely faultless.
