Very Large 3 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom 2nd Floor Apartment. We spent a long time choosing this apartment having visited the resort many times and bought in Spain before. We chose this one because it was so spacious and has some of the best views on the resort. You can literally sit up from bed in the morning and look over the course, lake or pool depending on the bedroom (which all have views and balconies). What also sets us apart from others is the high quality built in BBQ (see photo's).

Sleeps 6+ (we have an extra camp bed available)

It is well furnished (we use the apartment regularly so all home comforts catered for) and we have lift access to the underground car park and to the beautiful pools & kids pool. ** SAMSUNG 40' HD TV ** Wi-Fi ** Wii ** IPTV (Basically lots of movies and all sports channels, many in HD, on demand)

**MASSIVE South facing over looks 13th Green & 14th Tee, the lake & the pools. ** Great for a a coffee in the morning or a beer / glass of wine late afternoon.

**3 large bedrooms easily sleeps 6+ with 1 King Size and 2 twin rooms (there is a mattress topper if you wish to change one of the twins into a double). Each bedroom has it's own terrace. Large bathroom plus a further shower room both with high quality fixtures. Fitted kitchen with new appliances. Large sofa. High quality outdoor sofa, chairs and coffee table. Dining table and chairs. Fully air conditioned and climate control for winter blowing warm air. Fan above bed in master bedroom.

Resort features a Jack Nicklaus Championship 18 hole golf course. Tennis & Fantastic Paddle Tennis courts for family fun, easy walking distance VERY POPULAR and floodlit for evening use. Newly opened crazy golf nearby. We have 4 paddles rackets & balls available.

5 star InterContinental Hotel at the centre of the resort. Bars, restaurants, clubhouse and shops. On site super market open 7 days a week. Bus to local towns and beaches during peak season.

About Mike Andrews

The property is Jointly owned by Mike & Kate and Ken & Sue. We have another property on La Torre Golf Resort (bought back in 2005) and hand selected this apartment because of the location on resort, south facing, size, resort and position close to Los Alcazares and the beaches. It really is a gem.

We have families, play golf and sport and feel the resort has everything to offer all. We would be happy to discuss your interests / requirements prior to any booking so you can satisfy yourselves this is the property & holiday location for you. We want you to enjoy it, tell your friends and come again!

Most relaxing no hassle holiday in a long time

The brief was 'find a relaxing no hassle place to holiday that catered for a family of four.' What we got was exactly that and a bit more. Our recent stay has been the most relaxing holiday I and my family have had in a long time. From the 20 minute journey, airport to resort, to the calm spacious apartment that catered for all of our needs (including my 16 year old daughter) The apartment is very well furnished and decorated and the balconies all have lovely views of the resort, golf course and pool. The main balcony with BBQ was utilised every evening even after we had visited one of the restaurants or bars. The pool, which is 20 seconds away, was fantastic and at times felt like a private pool even in mid August. My son played the golf course 3 times as he enjoyed the experience that much. He also used the driving range and putting green near the club house. Not wanting to drive we used a local taxi company for days out to local markets and shopping centres.

If you are looking for a relaxing family time holiday in a wonderful apartment then Mike's place I would definitely recommend. We have all agreed that we have really enjoyed our time there and will be looking to book again next year.

Excellant top quality apartment

We had a wonderful weeks holiday enjoyed by both golf and non golfers alike. There were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and many more a short drive away. Cartagena on Easter Monday was a good day out.

Nice, well furnished Mar Menor property.

Property was well furnished, with great pool that was more or less deserted. Resort was busier than we remembered. New features such as the trim trail were a welcome addition.

A good base to tour the region with some great beaches and local villages.

Flavour restaurant was our favourite with great food and service. Golf course was ok - greens were very slow.

Just 10 mins from Murcia Airport set on a Jack Nicklaus designed championship golf resort. Constructed by Polaris World, the Mar Menor Golf Resort is a private security gated community with the fabulous 5 Star InterContinental Hotel at its heart.

With orange, lime and olive groves all around it's green credentials are creditworthy.

The wonderful old City of Murcia is only a 30 minute drive away (huge retail park), and the enclosed inland Mar Menor sea just a few minutes away at Los Alcazares. The Roman city of Cartagena with its marina and museums plus La Manga Club with all its restaurants and facilities also just a 20 minutes drive.

The local International airport is Murcia (MJV) and is just a 10 minute drive from the resort.

Direct flights from Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Blackpool, East Midlands, Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Ireland's Dublin and Belfast. Plus many European cities.
