The house is 3200 sqft of fun! Everybody that walks in the door is surprised to see water falls, stripper polls, and a Ultra King bed (11Ft. x 10Ft.). Close enough to the Old Town Entertainment District you can hear the music playing. The house is equipped with Control 4 system, all you have to do is hit a button on your ipad or iphone and it controls the water falls, lights, and A/C

Located in established neighborhood, less than 4 miles in any direction you will find- Camelback Mtn hiking, Salt River Fields, Talking Stick Resort & Casino, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Old Town Scottsdale (The Greatest Nightlife!), Golf: Silverado, McCormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, Stonecreek & Starfire, or Giants Spring Training Stadium, Scottsdale Borgatta shopping/dining, Dolce Spa, & convenient access to 101 freeway which will take you anywhere else you need to go! Approximately 12 miles (15 minute drive) from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 28 miles (35 minute drive) from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.

Sleeps 10 adults comfortably. Chef's dream kitchen: granite counter tops, w/electric cooktop. Open concept family/living/kitchen, great for entertaining! Master bath incl dual sinks, a extra large shower, with body sprayers, rainhead. Luxurious granite, tile surround shower, huge walk-in closet. Refreshing play pool (Voted Best Pool in Old Town) by everyone that has seen it. Two laundry rooms. One downstairs and one in the Master closet.

Excellent location, book it!

The location is what this place is all about, until you see the awesome pool and hot tub. Great kitchen, fridge was stocked with fun when we arrived so we didn't have to wait to get right to it. Walking distance to the night life and beds galore made this an unforgettable stay. Walt is VERY easy to work with, communicates well and is a model VRBO host.

The Best of the Best

This home is a block away from the entertainment district. No need to Uber !! Arrived and the home was stocked with all of the favorites; beer, white claws, and alcohol. The rooms were perfect for our party of 10. And each person had their own bed. The POOL is amazing !! Waterfall, hot tub, pool lights. Outdoor cooking. The master bed upstairs is its own compound- and the “oversized” king bed….. HAS to be a custom bed. It’s 2X the size of a King (I own a CAL King- and the bed is 2x the size!) massage chair in the master. The bathroom and showers.. amazing ! I can’t even give this house as many stars as it deserves. If you are looking- stop looking. BOOK this house !

Perfect Location

We came for my bachelorette party and had a great time! The location of the house cannot be beat as it is within walking distance of everything Old Town has to offer. We were a group of 10 and everyone slept comfortably. The host, Walt, addressed any questions we had and made our stay wonderful.

House is great, location is perfect- just steps from the nightlife district. Walt is responsive and easy to work with, and he stocks the house with small touches like cooking oil and beverages in the fridge. Excellent choice for a friends weekend.

New Years

This property is hands down the best I've stayed at in a 20+ properties in Scottsdale. The beds are extremely comfortable, the backyard welcoming with an amazing hot tub and water fountains, and the location is second to none if you are looking to hit old town for a bit. It's literally two blocks away. Will be staying again. Thanks Walt!
