Boulders is an end of terrace house, tucked away in a cul de sac just a 2 minute walk to St Merryn village, near Padstow. The house sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms, consisting of one King (with ensuite and shower), one double and one twin room as well as a main bathroom. The property has many luxury features and is finished to a high spec. There is a large sitting room with plenty of seating with games, books and DVDs for all ages. A beautiful and well equipped kitchen and dinning area with patio doors to the back garden. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. The fully enclosed garden (although there is a gate for side access), has a shed for storing bikes, boards, golf clubs etc. There is a BBQ and seating for the warmer evenings. At the front of the property is parking for 2 cars. Boulders is the perfect base for your holiday just five minutes to 7 beautiful beaches, golf course, shops, restaurants, pubs and history.
The famous natural sandy beaches (Constantine, Harlyn, Treyarnon, Boobys, Porthcothan, Mother Ivey's and Trevone), just a mile away are known as the 7 Bays. Breathtakingly beautiful sandy beaches, with coves, rock pools and excellent waves for surfing. Because they all face different directions you can always find a sheltered spot. Trevose golf club is a mile away with some of the best views in Cornwall from the cluhouse. There are 3 courses to cater for everyone and it has an inviting bar and restaurant too. Dozens of coastal path walks for ramblers to take in the stunning views. St Merryn is at the centre of all this making it a truly fantastic spot to base your holiday.
In St Merryn you have easy access to the lovely local pubs, including Rick Steins Cornish Arms, 4 restaurants and 1 wine bar. The village also has a fish and chips shop, pizzeria and bakery so you never go hungry. There is also a surf shop and convenience stores. 2 miles down the road is the famous historic fishing village of Padstow with world renown restaurants including Rick Stein's - Seafood Restaurant and Paul Ainsworth's - No.6.
Cycle the Camel trail from Padstow to Wadebridge or even further into the winelands of the Camel valley.
