This property was photographed in February 2016 and we do our best to present it exactly as it appears in the pictures. This two bedroom one bathroom unit was professionally designed so that our guests will have the most memorable time possible in this unit. The furnishings and rooms are new and items are updated periodically to ensure that our guests receive the same quality property or better than what is pictured.

We do NOT allow parties.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

The East Village is one of the most fashionable and trendy neighborhoods in New York City. Conveniently located downtown, it features amazing restaurants, parks, easily accessible public transportation, and a vibrant culture.

AMENITIES:

The unit is fully equipped (dishes, silverware, toaster, microwave, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, and linens) to ensure that our guests will feel at home. Towels and toiletry are provided. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, high speed internet and FREE WIFI. This apartment provides ample space for up to 6 persons

CHECK-IN PROCESS:

We have a greeter who will meet you inside the unit the day of your arrival. All we will need is your flight/travel information in order to be able to welcome you on time.

Happy Returning Guest!

A couple of years ago I stumbled upon this property manager and stayed with them in one of the other properties they manage in the UES. When my family and I decided to return to NYC for a trip this year, I just knew I had to reach out to this team again. Sure enough, as soon as I called them they lined up several options for my dates. They also offered me a nice discount because I was a returning client. I ended up choosing this apartment and I have no regrets! The team was very responsive just like I remembered and they answered all my questions about the East Village since I didn't know much about it. When we arrived, the apartment was exactly as advertised and everything with the apartment was great. I know I will continue to use this property manager and I will definitely recommend you guys to my friends.

A keeper

Everything about this vacation rental worked for us. Location, Space, Decor. I was here for a business trip so the location was to work not to mention shopping and eating! It was great seeing what the East Village had to offer and the apartment was just great. The staff is great too :D

Near NYU

My family and I travel to NY often because we have a kid studying at NYU. We found this lovely apartment and it is now our second time staying in this apartment! I love the friendly and trendy neighborhood. We are able to meet with our son at his university while also enjoying all the East Village has to offer. All in all we enjoyed this comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. We will be back again soon!

Clean, Bright Apartment in the City!

Words can't explain how great the service with this property manager is. The date that we flew in, we missed our connecting flight and our flight got delayed to pass midnight. Whenever we had a chance, we called Bianca to inform her of our changes in arrival time and each time she was very patient with us and assured us that a greeter would be there to meet us when we arrived. Sure enough, Mr. Garcia met us at the property when we arrived around 2am. He was very nice and helped us with our luggage. Arriving so late in the city, it was nice to see that the apartment was exactly as advertised and that everything was very clean and well-kept. Throughout our stay, if we had any concerns we would reach out to Bianca and the greeter and they were very responsive and helpful. The apartment also receives a lot of sunlight which we really enjoyed. When we return to NY we will definitely book a property through this property manager. The service was great and reliable.

UNACCEPTABLE: we did not get the same apartment!

We were met by Mr. Garcia across the street from the address indicated who took us to an apt on the first floor (instead of 3rd, which seemed to be a plus), but ended up to be smaller. I immediately noted the difference, as I had seen the pictures many times and it took him a while to admit that this was not the same apt. The 2nd room, which was important as we were travelling with another couple in their 50s, was not much bigger than a closet, all cramped, with a "roof" on top of the bed (were a second mattress was stored). The story given about the other apt. not being available made no sense. He agreed to give us a 6,5% rebate and we could not really do much else, as we were tired from the 7 h. drive and our friends graciously offered to take this closet bedroom, as I had gone through all the trouble of finding a place...

The plus is that the apt. was just renovated so recently that all the stickers were still on the towels and glasses and the bed sheets still had the folding marks of the package... We were however using towels and sheets that had not been washed... We were actually the first ones in this renovated apt! This led to some issues that were dealt with by Mr. Garcia who came to plug the gas stove and bring a microwave and garbage can.

The noise level of the street was horrible. We could barely sleep in the front bedroom (the negative of having the nice bedroom) until 3 am, as there are 2 popular bars under and accross and the windows were old and as thin as paper... Then, at 7 am, the trucks and buses, start moving and we felt like they are in the room... On top of that, there is no air conditioning (which was ok for this time of the year but needs to be fixed for the coming weeks). We understood that NYC was loud, but this was too much...

Finally, we realized what the problem was when we crossed a family of French visitors who had rented in Harlem with the same person (Bianca) and ended up being moved to next door apt. that seemed to be the one we were supposed to get. We concluded that since they were 8 people, they obviously would not fit in the one we ended up having, and Bianca's people reacted by switching us to the smaller one which they apparently got and renovated in a rush to accommodate us... We were never asked if we agreed to the change. UNACCEPTABLE!

Merveilleux

Nous avons eu un temps merveilleux! L'emplacement dans l'East Village est excellent avec toutes sortes de restaurants et grands supermarches. Les choses sont juste une distance de 5 minutes. L'appartement est propre et spacieuse. C'est beaucoup mieux que rester dans un hotel.
