Our villa overlooks the beautiful Beşparmak Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea and situated in a peaceful area of the beautiful village of Lapta. Just a five minute walk away brings you onto the Lapta Strip where there are several restaurants, bars and tavernas to suit all tastes and budgets, some of which also provide beach facilities. Lapta is approximately 8 miles from Kyrenia with its superb harbour, castle and many shops and harbour-side restaurants.

The villa has three spacious bedrooms (two double and one twin) and can sleep up to six people. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the terraces and swimming pool. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning and built in wardrobes with ample hanging space and shelving. The family bathroom has WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower. The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and water cooler.

The dual aspect lounge/dining area is well furnished with a dining table and six chairs, two large settees and a chair, coffee table, satellite TV (full english channels), DVD/CD player and FREE WiFi. Patio doors from the lounge lead to the terraces, gardens and swimming pool area. Fly screens are fitted on all windows and doors and there is air conditioning throughout.

The villa is surrounded on all four sides with well established gardens. The large L-shaped overflow swimming pool furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas and drinks tables and a large dining table and chairs to enjoy barbeque meals al fresco. The newly constructed gazebo provides a shady area to relax out of the sun. Lights surrounding the gardens and pool area create the perfect atmosphere to enjoy drinks/meals in the evenings. The roof terrace is also furnished with sofas, drinks table and cantilever umbrella, where you can relax and take in the beautiful views of the mountains during the day and the abundant stars at night.
