The exclusive Flatiron Apartment 1 offers an impeccable stay experience, comprising an elegant bathroom, a double bedroom, and a spacious kitchen complete with a comfortable double sofa bed, accommodating a maximum of 4 guests.

This charming apartment features two terraces, both furnished with Vietri ceramic table and chairs and deck chairs, perfect for enjoying a romantic dinner with breathtaking sea views. Particularly, the other terrace, located at the highest point of the apartment, offers a magnificent 360° panoramic view of the Amalfi Coast, providing unforgettable moments for its guests.

Our accommodations have been recently renovated and tastefully furnished, ensuring every comfort. The kitchen, with its classic style, is equipped with an induction hob, coffee machine (Italian/moka), oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, tableware, dishwasher, table, and chairs. Each room is equipped with a modern LCD TV with satellite TV system and air conditioning. Additionally, each accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, safe, and free Wi-Fi connection.

Adjacent to the main entrance of the apartment is the bus stop with direct routes to Positano and other major attractions of the Amalfi Coast. Additionally, just a few steps from the apartment, you can find excellent restaurants and a mini-market where you can purchase groceries and household items.

Wow wow wow, a view to die for

We had a five day break at this wonderful place after a hectic ten days visiting Florence and Rome. It’s a truly wonderful place to stay with friendly owners ( particularly Adele) who are there for your every need. The apartment is lovely and comfortable and the people are so friendly. We will defiantly return.

The apartment was beautiful. The kitchen was excellently equipped. The bedroom was very pretty.

The view from both balconies was exceptional. You could watch the boats on the sea or the view of the mountains. It was lovely to walk in the village and all the local people wish you "buon Giorno ". Adele was extremely welcoming and informative about the local area. She organised boat trips and taxi transfers to and from the airport. The flat is in a fantastic position in the village and a great base to tour the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in flat one and cannot wait to return.

Best view and location in Praiano

This apartment is located just steps away from a supermarket and restaurant with a bus stop just outside the door so the location is excellent. Views from the 2 terraces are amazing. The apartment is beautifully furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The owner Adele isvery welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for her.

Stunning views, clean, comfortable, fantastic location very close to amenities. Just PERFECT.

We booked Flatiron 1 apartment for our Honeymoon. Right from day one we had great communication with the lovely Italian Sisters, who were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. We hired a small car from the Napoli airport and the parking at the apartment was sorted for us on our arrival which was a very short walk from Flatiron 1 apartment. We were greeted by the sisters, they helped us with our luggage and showed us around the apartment, it was very clean. We were blown away by the views and the apartment, it was in the best location with a well stocked grocery/ shop just across the road with a restaurant above, one of many restaurants. They have thought of everything in the apartment, we even got beach towels. You can catch small buses from outside the apartment too which will take you anywhere along the Amalfi coast. One of the sisters Adele was in contact checking we were ok, her English is fantastic which made us quite lazy with talking Italian! She was such good fun had a great sense of humour and very thoughtful. 😍 We visited Amalfi / Ravello / Positano / Capri / Cetara and Sorrento in the nine days we stayed at Flatiron 1. We walked part of the path of gods which you can access in Praiano, lots of steps but well worth it for the views. Out of all the restaurants we tried we really liked Kasai, it's just up the road from Flatiron, the food and service was brilliant. We would 100% recommend this property to family and friends. We had an amazing time and hope to visit again very soon! Thanks so much Adele, Michela, Ilaria and Paola for making our stay at Flatiron 1 a memorable one. 😘😘😘😘

Luxurious stay in Praiano Amalfi coast

Excellent location right in central Praiano, Restaurants,bars and shops less than 50 yards away. Friendliness and helpfulness of our hosts are outstanding! The view from the Veranda is world class, the rooftop view and space absolutely fantastic! Thank you to Adele for your joyful, welcoming and happy introducing the area. Beware of driving conditions and regulations in the area: You won't be able to drive a car every day; Happy Scootering solves it perfectly! (Scooters also just up the street). We loved everything! Thank you for excellent olive oil, water bottle, prosecco and limoncello!Thank you for the multitude of towels, the beautiful bathroom and your kind advice on getting around.
