Recently purchased the apartment February 2016. After looking at over 25 apartments in the area we fell in love with this apartment. We wanted a quiet location but able to walk to restaurants, beach, shops etc.

Why The Owner chose La Duquesa

Beautiful location and frontline apartment. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing development. Excellent location as walking distance from the beach and town. Added bonus of the small pool at the end of the terrace. Plenty of parking.

What makes this apartment unique

Local supermarket is 10 min walk and the beach is 15 min walk.

Beautiful apartment

A lovely apartment that's in a great location. Only a short walk away from the local town and marina. The apartment is lovely and spacious as well as having good wifi! It's only steps away from one of the pools available and has a beautiful outdoor space. Would definitely recommend to anyone look for a peaceful, relaxing holiday!

Beautiful apartment

A good location within walking distance of many different places to visit such as the marina or the local town. The apartment has beautiful views with a lovely outdoor space and only steps away from a swimming pool. The wifi in the apartment works very well as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday!

Well appointed, tranquil location.

Spacious Inside and outside terrace. Very well appointed clean apartment. The complex has several pools, one of which is very close, below the terrace. A wonderful location, 10-15 mins easy & safe walk to the town/beach. Flights into Gibraltar easy and car hire cheap. Will be booking again later in the season!

Sehr schönes, geschmackvolles Appartement, indem es an nichts fehlte.Die Ausstattung lud zum Kochen ein. Mein besonderes Highlight war die Kaffeekapselmaschine. Die sehr geräumige Terrasse, mit dem Pool eine Treppe tiefer, war sehr komfortabel. Ein zauberhafter Ausblick in das grüne Tal und den Palmen in der Gartenanlage. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut erreichbar. Leider war die Benutzung des Parkhauses nicht möglich.
