About this property

At 400 meters from the Carratois beach and 800 meters from the Isle of currents. Composed of a main structure with a large living room with two double sofa beds and fireplace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom and a kitchen; outside we have a smaller structure that includes the oven house with stone oven and barbecue, an annex with double bed and bathroom and another small room (with washing machine). All within a fenced plot of about 2000 square meters with ample parking. The house is airy and bright, equipped with an alarm system, well equipped and comfortable. Ideal for large families or for multiple couples of friends given the numerous beds. The town is about 7 km away but in the morning there is a fresh bread service at home and a km0 greengrocer a few meters away. Zona Favolosa

Per chi ama la natura la zona è fantastica... Spiagge meravigliose, mare cristallino, una biodiversità unica.. inoltre vicino la villa c'è la possibilità di mangiare a km 0 i prodotti dei contadini locali... Per quanto riguarda la casa, si tratta di una costruzione anni '80, un po' antiquata, molto spaziosa, il cui punto di forza sono gli spazi esterni.. se non si hanno grandi pretese e ci si riesce ad accontentare la villa è un ottima soluzione.. l'host è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile

Beautiful Beach

The location of the place was fantastic. Walking distance to some of the best beaches in Italy. The outside space of the house was the best feature as it gets very hot in Sicily during the summer. The hosts were fantastic. Very kind. Definitely recommend.

Villa Pescecola che nome fantastico!!!

All'arrivo ci ha ricevuti Elisa, la proprietaria, sempre premurosa e disponibile. Ho soggiornato a villa Pescecola con la mia famiglia la prima settimana di luglio. A primo impatto la zona non attrae data la realtà prettamente rurale. La villa è grande, arredata alla meglio ma completa di tutto, si trova in una zona tranquilla, in ottima posizione e con la possibilità di parcheggio davanti casa. E' spaziosa e pulita, sul retro ha un grande spazio organizzatissimo e provvisto di una comoda doccia esterna. Si trova davvero a pochissimi passi dal mare e dalle meravigliose dune della spiaggia dell'Isola delle Correnti, un mare che è veramente una favola. Da lì abbiamo girovagato per quello splendore di mare cristallino, natura e architettura barocca che è la Sicilia e in particolare la parte meridionale (Isola delle Correnti, Marzamemi, Noto, Scicli). Dall'appartamento si può raggiungere il supermercato in 5 minuti di macchina, i prodotti ortofrutticoli sono uno sballo ma anche la cucina dei localini del posto è da non perdere.
