The apartment is truly unique and very beautiful. It was a pleasure to return to it each day.

Jurriaan is the perfect host with infinite patience. This was proven when our flight was 3.5 hours late. His knowledge of all things useful to the Nice tourist could not be surpassed. Can not recommend this apartment highly enough. Each room is decorated with amazing style and quirkiness. The location is ideal being 10 minutes from the Place Massena. There are bus and tram stops close by. Public transport is cheap and efficient. The ‘Square Head’ is a two minute walk from the apartment. A minute or two later you reach the MAMAC. Staying in Jurriaan’s apartment turned a good holiday into a fantastic one.

Remarkable apartment and host.

We've have been renting with Homeaway for a few years and met quite a few owners. Jurriaan is one of those hosts who makes you feel welcome and at home at once: it was like staying at a friend's place. Although Lidl and Monoprix were walking distance, we didn't need to rush for basic shopping on the first day as cooking essentials were provided. The flat is quirky and spacious, the cosiness of the media and book corner almost made us forget the attractive city centre. Our two young children enjoyed the stunning Promenade du Paillon's playground and the seaside nearby. Well connected with the tramway 5 minutes walk away, we wandered in the city by public transport, leaving our car safely at the Palais des Expositions parking which has an attractive weekly rate. It's without saying we recommend this place as one-of-a-kind.

Appartement Nice

Super séjour dans un appartement très agréable dans le quel on se sent très bien, comme chez soi. En prime, beaucoup de livre et de musique comme nous apprécions! Dommage que les travaux en face de l'appartement ne sont pas terminés et que le Mamac est fermé pour l'instant. Nous reviendrons certainement pour en profiter une fois tout finalisé!
