Very well appointed two bedroom apartment in quiet complex, with extra large terrace, wonderful sea views, heated swimming pool and excellent on site restaurant. Very well located for all amenities, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and it is only 15 minutes from the airport in a taxi. The terrace includes a large marble dining table, a double hammock, relaxed seating area, sunbeds and a large parasol. The apartment includes a plasma TV with satellite channels, Free WiFi, air conditioning, a breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen and a large corner sofa. Please note that this apartment is ideally suited for 2 or 4 people staying, although there is an additional double sofa bed in the second bedroom that can sleep another 2 people if required. Tenerife offers sunshine all year round with day temperatures ranging from 23 deg C in winter months to 30 deg C in the summer. If less than 7 nights are available, price available upon request. Friday arrivals required (7, 14 or 21 nights).

What a fantastic apartment! We travelled as two couples and thought this modern accommodation had plenty of space, just what we needed. The two bathrooms served us well and the balcony was exceptional. Overall very pleased and will be booking again!
Nous avons séjourne 8 jours dans ce confortable et spacieux appartement ou rien ne manque. Le balcon xxl est un plus qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur sans se sentir à l'étroit. La location correspond à 100% aux descriptions de l'annonce. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir d'y séjourner à nouveau et de nous ressourcer en profitant de sa situation(résidence très calme) et profiter de sa vue exceptionnelle.
Best Balcony in the resort !!!
My wife and I booked this apartment over 12 months ago. The initial selling factor was the proximity to the Hollywood Mirage resort, as this is where my in-laws were staying and taking our two teenage sons at the same time and we wanted to stop nearby, but we were also impressed with the photos and reviews.
All correspondence with the owner was very prompt and to our full satisfaction. Excellent customer service.
We had a week's stay at the end of August 2016.
On arrival, apartment no 1 was easy to find above reception and keys had been posted out to us in advance. The apartment was just as the photos had shown. The L shaped sofa in the lounge had just been re-upholstered and delivered earlier on the day of our arrival. We did cover it up with the black throws provided for the duration of our stay so as not to mark it.
The best feature of the apartment was the L-shaped balcony, which must be one of the largest in the resort. The sun comes on it from about 10.30am then shines till sundown. On day it was 37 degrees C at 5.25pm. Please note that the hammock was not present for our stay, but there was a useful washing line in place.
On day 1 we did have an issue with the keys being stuck in the door, but a visit to reception and call to maintenance soon had someone out within 5 minutes.
The main bed was firm and my wife enjoyed her sleeps. Personally I prefer more bounce, as I am a fussy sleeper.
Overall the apartment was clean and tidy. A few things are showing wear, such as door laminates peeling in the kitchen, but this did not spoil our break.
The walk up the hill is a bit of a killer in the heat or after a night out, but taxi back from front is only 3 euros or 7 from Playa de las Americas.
Great shop just down the hill for all your needs.
The complex is very quiet as it seems to be mainly residential. There was a pool, but we did not use, as went to the Hollywood Mirage pool to visit family most days, where they had pool activities on.
We would have no fears stopping hear again, as it was a great apartment and the balcony and view is fantastic. It was nice reading the visitors book with comments and advice from previous occupants, but a new book needs to be supplied for new occupants to fill in, as both were full. It would also be nice to have a manual to figure out how to work certain items. We could not figure out Sony speaker system, never used hi-fi, TV took some figuring out, as did the light/fan in the main bedroom.
Spacious and well positioned
Fantastic apartment! Amazing balcony that gets sun all day long. 10 minute stroll down to the beach and close to beautiful restaurants and plenty of bars. Pool was lovely and always had plenty of sunloungers available. Will certainly be back!
Beautiful views spacious apartment
4th time I have stayed here and enjoy every time. Spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Apartment comfortable, air-conditioning, well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. TV has many English channels and also wifi available. Beautiful views where you can watch the boats coming in. Although up a hill walking down is fine and taxi up is cheap. A few restaurants nearby and one that does take away. Well stocked shop short walk and also a little shop in hotel next door which is open on sunday. My boys also played snooker over at the hotel. Laundrette on site too at 4 euros. Pool is well kept and plenty of loungers. Apartment has 4 loungers and a lovely size balcony one if the biggest I think. Will definitely be back soon thank you xxx
A lovely stay in lovely apartment
My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Hazels apartment. we had wonderful views from the balcony and found the apartment to be exactly as described in the advertisement. It was clean and well maintained any problems we had were dealt with efficiently. I would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone, there are two restaurants in close walking distance also the Hollywood mirage restaurant is just over the road. To go further there is a healthy walk down the hill, but get a taxi back for as little as 3 Euros. My wife who was recovering from a hip replacement said she would love to go back to the apartment next year and so would I. Thanks again Hazel
Activity and Interests
This apartment is situated within the Port Royale resort in the quieter area of Los Cristianos. The area is clean and very appealing to families and couples as it is relatively peaceful with stunning views of Los Cristianos and the Atlantic ocean. There are many good quality bars and restaurants close by plus other entertainment venues such as the Beverley Hills Club and the Hollywood Mirage Hotel, both offering live entertainment daily. There are a couple of well stocked supermarkets and a newly built shopping centre close by as well as a taxi rank for those wishing to travel further field. The facilities in the immediate area mean you don't really have to go elsewhere but a 10 minute walk will get you down to the beach or into Los Cristianos town centre where you will be met with an array of bars, restaurants and other facilities.

- The apartment and the terrace is on one level. Access to the apartment is either by a small set of stairs or via a walkway. We ask that all guests refrain from smoking inside the apartment and only do so on the terraces. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen area, a marble dining table seating 6 on the side terrace and a seating area on the front terrace. We also have sunbeds for your use. There are 2 air conditioning units, one in the open plan living area and one in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a large overhead fan and can also be cooled by the main air conditioning unit if the bedroom door is left open.
