Super Pool, aber…

Gebucht für 2 Personen und 2 Hunde. Der Check-In hat gut funktioniert. Allerdings wollte sie direkt 500€ Kaution & 80€ in Bar für die Reinigung haben. Darüber wurden wir weder bei der Buchung noch in der Kommunikation vorab mit der Eigentümerin informiert. Außerdem ist noch wichtig zu wissen, dass die Eigentümerin über der Wohnung wohnt und somit die ganze Zeit anwesend ist. Sie hält sich aber sehr zurück und wir haben kaum mitbekommen, dass sie da ist. Wir finden dies ist eine wichtige Information, falls man wirklich komplett alleine sein möchte, ist man das hier nicht. Außerdem finden wir, dass die Wohnung maximal für 4 Personen geeinigt ist, da weitere Personen auf einem Sofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen würden. Vorteil: der Pool Nachteil: Sauberkeit: die Wohnung war nicht sauber und nicht vorab gereinigt. Die Küche an sich und das Inventar war sehr unsauber, sodass wir hier erstmal reinigen mussten. Grundsätzlich ist die Küche aber allgemein sehr verklebt und ungepflegt. Dusche ebenfalls. In der ganzen Wohnung waren überall Spinnweben und Dreck.Wir haben ihr dies am Ende auch mitgeteilt, da Sie uns sagte das sie eine Putzfrau hatte die wohl am Vortag 4 Stunden in der Wohnung verbracht hatte. Fazit: Der Pool war unser einziges und absolutes Highlight. Für knapp 2.000€/Woche hätten wir definitiv besseren Standard bekommen+mehr Privatsphäre. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht und die Unterkunft ist zu teuer für das was geboten wird.

Toller Aufenthalt bei Solange

Die Wohnung ist einfach toll, schön eingerichtet in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, etwa 10 Minuten mit Auto vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Das Highlight ist der Pool, den man für sich alleine hat. Solange ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die auch gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt hat.
