The apartment bright and fresh is located in a quiet and green residential area and within walking distance from the beach of Tonfano and the centre; its main feature is the easy access to the beaches, the centre and surrounding areas.
The accommodation consists of a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms one very wide with double bed and also double sofa bed and the other with two bunk beds, and bathroom with shower. This apartment has independent heating system, free wifi, private gated parking, bicycles, and led TV. In addition to a large communal garden it has also a private gated garden, located directly opposite the apartment, equipped with space to cook, eat and relax.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a house and is accessed from Via Toscana, a quiet area only 200 metres from the beaches.

Located just a short walk from the centre, all the attractions are easily accessible on foot; you will be able to explore the many wonderful restaurants, bars and shops of the centre that are within 5-10 minutes walk, you could have breakfast in a local bar and dine in any of the excellent restaurants of the centre or the surrounding area.
Getting Around
If you will arrive by car, there is no problem because the apartment has a private gated parking. The apartment is equipped with bicycles, you can also explore Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi on bicycles, without worrying to park the car.

Sentiti come a casa nostra

L’appartamento è facile da trovare. Noi siamo arrivati in macchina ed Anna, la proprietaria con il marito ci hanno accolti e spiegato tutto molto bene. La casa ha tutto il necessario è anche di più, per una vacanza gradevole al mare.

Einfach wunderbar

Die Wohnung ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind genau richtig. Der private Garten ist ein Highlight und die Nähe zum öffentlichen Strand ist phantastisch. Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben und haben fest vor, wieder zu kommen.

Appartamento accogliente e funzionale. Comodo il parcheggio coperto in cortile. La sera è tranquillo e non c'è rumore. La spiaggia è abbastanza vicina. Le biciclette in dotazione con l'appartamento sarebbero da sostituire in quanto ormai molto usurate.

Casa vacanza a Marina di Pietrasanta

Tutto perfetto. Accoglienza molto cordiale del Proprietario al nostro arrivo prodigo di informazioni aggiuntive sui servizi della zona (dove mangiare, dove fare la spesa). Appartamento ottimo ed accogliente con tutti i servizi pronti all'uso (frigo, riscaldamento, etc. etc), peccato non avere avuto il tempo di sfruttare tutte le opportunità offerte a disposizione (giardino , barbecue). Sicuramente da consigliare.
