Matilde The Magnificent !
Matilde saved not only the day but our entire trip to Spain by responding promptly, late in the day, to our request as our booked property was beyond awful in terms of cleanliness and basic hygiene. All was arranged within a couple hours and we were able to shift properties and check in smoothly. We were met by Matildes brother who couldnt have been more awesome and helpful and managed to even sort out a baby cot for us. We were also met for keys and check in by the housekeeper who was fantastic. The property is stunning and everything was just perfect! We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when we next return! Thank you ever so much!!

The process was simple and straightforward, the owner went out of their way to answer all of our questions. The apartment is very well appointed and had everything we needed. Very close to shops and amenities. Lovely views .

Very fine private penthouse.
Excellent penthouse in a secure complex within walking distance of restaurants and Kempinski Hotel. The apartment is of a high standard, well maintained with modern fixtures and fittings. Good friendly communication with the owner and property manager who checked on occasions to ensure that all was well. Rooftop pool a plus and other terraces offered plenty of space to spend time around the property. We preferred not to drive and found Uber or local taxis available (10 minutes to Estepona). The apartment was very comfortable and happy to consider another stay in the future. Thank you Matilde, Noemi and Kathy for all your friendly assistance. T.

An absolute hidden gem!
We were a family of four looking for somewhere not so busy during peak season and we were not disappointed. This place is so quiet it’s hard to be believed- my son was often the only one in the pool and there were always sun loungers all day. It felt so safe for the children and was a lovely community. The apartment itself is just like the pictures - absolutely beautiful, so much space and really well equipped. It just was everything we’d hoped for and more. I really appreciated the little details like the playing cards, reading books and tennis rackets. The bathrooms were brilliant- rain shower and jacuzzi bath!! We did have a car and I think the walk into town would have been too far for us personally every night but we saw lots of people getting taxis. There’s a supermarket just up the road as well and you can walk five minutes to get to a nice bit of sandy beach. The owner was so friendly and accommodated an early check in. It was just a pocket of sunny relaxation for us and we loved it. I hope we get to return one day.

Beautiful apartment in a great location
The apartment is really well equipped with everything you need on your holiday. The private pool is much bigger than expected - loved spending time there and relaxing on the various terraces to choose from. The communal pools were also large and never really crowded so there was lots of room to have a swim without trying to work around others. The apartment was a short walk to the resort area of Laguna Beach and a short drive into Estepona which is without doubt the prettiest spot on the whole coast. Thank you to Mathilda”e, Kathy and Noemi for making communication so easy. Can thoroughly recommend this apartment.

I lived in Marbella before moving to the States when I got married to my American husband some 35 years ago. Acquiring a property in Spain, has been my dream since I left Spain, I never thought I will be the proud owner of this beautiful luxurious and exquisite piece of Real Estate. I love Spain and this make me feel close to my family, still living in Marbella, and my roots.

What makes this property unique

Just before entering the apartment the view is so magnificent that you will want to pause and catch your breath. The gardens, flowers, trees and neatness of the surroundings will erase any stress you might come with. The upper terrace will give 'YOUR SPACE' AWAY FROM EVERYONE ELSE. Very hard to find in any other apartment. I'm sure your vacations will be the best ones ever and you will be dreaming about coming back as soon as possible.
