Erholung pur

Das Haus liegt super zentral, in wenigen Minuten ist man sm Strand, bei Einkaufs-und Ausgehmöglichkeiten und den schönen Fahrradrouten der Île de Ré. Die sehr ruhige Wohnanlage hat zwei Tennisplätze und einen sehr schönen Pool, der Garten ist sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet für eine fünfköpfige Familie.

Super séjour

La maison est dans un lotissement. L’emplacement est parfait. Le lotissement dispose d’une piscine commune et de terrains de tennis. La maison est au calme. Elle est bien organisée et de taille parfaite pour 6 personnes. Elle est aussi bien équipée (lave linge, lave vaisselle opérationnels ! ; ustensiles de cuisine etc) Petite suggestion : ajouter un moule à cake. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir !

Très beau séjour à la Couarde sur Mer

La maison est située dans une résidence bien entretenue avec piscine et 2 courts de tennis et table de ping pong, à 2.5 km du centre de la Couarde et à quelques pas de la plage des Prises. On est très au calme, et la situation au centre de l'île permet de rayonner partout en vélo, c'est top. La maison est très bien équipée, très joliment decorée, petit jardin bien agréable, salle de bains et salle de douche outre les 3 chambres, bien pratique. Seul point, il faut s'occuper de gérer le linge de maison. Propriétaire toujours disponible pour les questions et pour accompagner à chaque étape de la location.
