Welcome to Cherry, a beautiful 1 bedroomed mansard in the heart of Marina di Minturno.
This mansard is ideal for a couple, but has also a sofa bed in the living room and can accommodate another person or other 2 children. The dining room provides seating for 4 people.
There is one bathroom with a shower, basin, water and bidet.
It is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and from the town centre of this lovely south coast. The apartment is on the second floor. It has been thoughtfully equipped with everything you could want when you are away from home. There is a huge flat screen TV in the comfortable lounge, supplied with Wi-Fi, the kitchen is fully equipped.

Come and relax at this wonderful home and enjoy exploring the delights the area has to offer.
The weekly rate is for 2 people. Each additional person over the second and until the fourth will be calculated separately.
The final cleaning, which is a fixed cost (€ 40.00), linen and towels (€ 12,00 / person) and energy and gas consumption are not included.

Fantastic flat and totally great hosts

The apartment was absolutely perfect. Very good equipped, clean and nicely decorated. We have had a great time at Cherry House and this also due to the great hospitality of the owners. Very comfortable and not expensive apartments. Very friendly and sociable hosts! All good, just very tall people will be a little low ceiling, but overall very nice apartments.

Schönes kleines Apartment

Wir hatten das Glück, diese schöne Wohnung für knapp 2 Wochen beziehen zu dürfen. Der Checkin war absolut unproblematisch, die Tochter von Elena hat uns alles erklärt und uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Apartment selbst erfüllte unsere Ansprüche voll, es war sehr sauber, das Bett bequem und die Terrasse lud zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche war relativ neu und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad war sehr sauber, die Dusche klein, aber ausreichend. Klimaanlagen in beiden Räumen funktionierten hervorragend, nur konnte man während sie liefen schlecht auf der Terrasse sitzen, da die Außengeräte dafür doch einen rechten Krach erzeugen. Aber wenn man das weiß, arrangiert man sich. Der Bahnhof Scauri ist wenige Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es lohnt sich, von dort aus mit sehr preisgünstigen Tickets nach Rom oder Neapel zu reisen. Parken tut man am besten südlich der Gleise, da ist ein großer Parkplatz (8 Euro/Tag) und es gibt auch viele Möglichkeiten am Strassenrand kostenlos zu parken. Der Strand sowie ein tolles Lokal (Pizzeria da Lucio) waren in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand war ziemlich sauber, deshalb kann ich die schlechten Bewertungen dafür nicht ganz nachvollziehen und Mitte Juni auch relativ übersichtlich besucht. Wir hatten noch zwei andere Strände besucht, das war jedoch tatsächlich der schönste. Sonnenschirme in gutem Zustand liegen auch im Apartment zur Benutzung bereit. Das Auto konnte im Hof hinter einem abgeschlossenen Tor geparkt werden. Es herrschte zu jederzeit ein absolut freundlicher Kontakt zu den Vermietern, es gab sogar ab und zu leckere Aprikosen als kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Letztendlich können wir die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen - wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Tres propre avec tres bon accueil

L'appartement est impeccable et assez bien situé les propriétaires sont absolument charmants. Le seul problème est la hauteur sous plafond qui peut être un réel problème pour les plus d'1,70m.

Nice apartment in cosy beach town

We had a very nice stay with Elena and her husband Mario, they are a lovely and welcoming couple. The apartment is in very good condition, the kitchen well equipped and it also has a terrace with a nice view. It is in walking distance to the beach, small supermarkets and cafés are close too.
